As another practicing doctor, I can confidently state that he has years of experience and knowledge(Dr. Swann teaches other dentists in the county for continuing education) and I am in awe of how much he knows about every single oral disorders and the latest treatment options out there. I have had a middle ear and cervical cysts removed and also mandible angle reduction surgery via total anesthesia by Dr. Swann. I was particularly nervous and the total anesthesia part, but the doctor was a pro, and before I knew it I woke up with a refreshed feeling with a minimal pain. Post op checks were done as well to ensure that I am doing great and healing fine. I highly recommend this oral surgeon.

I easily get them, He took out two teeth, and didn't do what he said, I got a dry socket, I called him after few days of pain and was told he was not going to be in the office until Monday and they prescribed me antibiotic, nothing for all the pain. They said call Monday and they would try to give me some times to come in. Dry sockets are very painful as toothache and ear ache all in once. I called in distress after pain all week, now been 8 days. I was told their computers were down and they would get back to me, I could not believe they just didn't have me come and take all the pain away. I called another Dentist and they took me right away. Then I get my teeth cleaned finally and instead of booking me soon after my cleaning for impressions for my partial they are making me wait 4 months to get in. And I am missing a bottom front tooth too. Now an assistant can do those impressions. You don't need the dentist for that. I have NEVER been to a dentist office that runs like this. And forget the cancelation list you won't hear from them. My husband's check-up appointment has been canceled 3 times and he's waited almost 9 months. Him and the rest of his team went above and beyond with the care they provided for her. Many dentist would not want to put in the extra time on a holiday weekend, but he made sure that my daughter had a pretty smile again before we walked out the door, taking the time and great care placing temporary fillings to even out her teeth until they heal enough to be repaired.
