If you are looking for a great place to get your dental work done? You have to give Kaur Dental Group in Jackson a try. From the ease of scheduling my appointment and getting in to the friendly staff... I was impressed! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I was able to schedule my appointment within a couple of weeks unlike other offices that are booked out for months. The dentist Dr.Dehghani had great bedside manner and was very gentle. I think I finally found the perfect fit for my family's dental needs! Five stars from me! read more

I was so happy with this office! The front receptionist were amazing and so friendly, The back office was just as pleasant. Dr. Dehghani was the best! Although they said they took our insurance it turns out they were not a primary provider therefore it cost more. I wish they would have clarified that. Also, the dental hygienists did such a piss poor job, I had to get another cleaning the next month by a different dental office, who actually scraped my teeth this time. read more

Not sure why the 4 stars, this is a very unprofessional dentist. Went in for my appointment only to have Dr Synder blow me off. Had an appointment to have a bridge checked for removal. They were suppose to sign me up for the $249 a year plan. When Dr Synder came in he told me he couldn't help me and they are no longer taking new patients. A 40 min drive to tell me this and they made an appointment for me. Ridiculous! read more

I would not recommend this place. I switched dentists due to the fact my last dentist was going through employees like water and cancelled my appointment with no call back for months. I went to my initial cleaning at Kaur Dentist approximately 6 months ago and everything seemed fine. The hygienist was personal, professional and the Dentist checked my teeth etc. I made another cleaning appointment 6 months out, which was Friday, October 7, 2022. I arrived early and checked in. The two women, one younger and one older, did not even ask me my name after I told them I have an appointment. An unknown hygienist appeared and called me in. She told me the Dentist is not there, "but it does not matter because you are not due for x rays this time." I asked where the other hygienist I had last time was. She told me she had moved to the Pine Grove Office. I settled in for a teeth cleaning and began the normal chit chat. The hygienist began swearing a lot, which did not per se bother me. I just made a mental note that it is unprofessional. Approximately 30 minutes later she told me that I am all done. I have had my teeth cleaned every 6 months for the past 40 years. They schedule such appointments for one hour and spend that time scraping, cleaning, flossing, lecturing and polishing your teeth. That did not happen. No questions about flossing, no comment on the status of my teeth and very little scraping, which is a HUGE red flag for me. I realized it was Friday and maybe the girl wanted to get out of there. I should not have to pay that price. I made another appointment 6 months out and went home thinking about everything that took place. I decided to move on to another dentist and called to cancel my appointment. The woman asked if I wanted to re-schedule and I told her, "No, I am going to go to another Dentist as I am not satisfied with the cleaning I received." That was that. No inquiry, no what happened, no nothing. So, in my humble opinion this is an unprofessional outfit. If they had simply shown a little bit of interest in what prompted the walk away I would likely have never written this. It is clear to me that they do not care. That is fine. If they do not care, I will simply let others know so they do not waste their time and precious benefits on such an outfit. Not impressed! read more

Just had my X-rays and cleaning done. Every single person there was super friendly. Really worked with me on my time frame of my insurance as I am switching jobs. Dr. Snyder (spelling?) seems very friendly and professional. had Ashley do my cleaning and was by far the best dental hygienist I have seen. did not feel one bit of pain, teeth feel great, was very friendly. Was given a fair and honest advice on all of my options. Looking forward to using them in the future. read more

I was visiting the area and had an emergency. I called a few dentists but nobody wanted to take me in as a new patient. Kaur Dental team made arrangements and offered me a choice of one of their three locations close by and sent someone to the location on a day off to help me out. They show true care and concern for you as a patient and have gone above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I wish to give ZERO stars. This place is pushing deep cleaning and will not do regular teeth cleaning. Had to go to another dentist to get teeth cleaned. Made me feel like all they wanted was extra money for a service that was not needed. Geez I all needed was a good old fashion teeth cleaning. Now I'm out the consultation fee and no service provided. Very disappointed with this Dentist Office in Jackson. Was assigned this dentist through my Covered California Plan. Took months to get an appointment for X-rays, and when I did I was told I would not be getting a cleaning in the same appointment. I have never gone to the dentist and had X-rays without a cleaning in the same appointment. They only offer dental cleaning on certain days of the week which made it very difficult to get an appointment. I was relieved when I got new insurance through my job to allow me to return to my former dentist. I called to let them know I needed to cancel my appointment and would be returning to my former dentist. I agreed to pay a cancellation fee if that was necessary. The cancellation fee for my former dentist was anywhere between $15-25 dollars. I received a bill in the mail for $40. I called to see if they would work with me but was told because I agreed to pay it there was nothing to be done. The lady could have been more transparent about the amount I was agreeing to pay. So basically, I was under their care for a year. Received X-rays only, never once could make it in for a cleaning, and ended up being charged $40 for nothing. Maybe my experience is unique, but I don't recommend going here. read more

Couldn't be more thankful for this office, I've had major dental anxiety my whole life due to a horrible childhood dentist, and from the moment I met the doctor I felt comfortable.. he was very friendly with great bedside manner, understood the urgency and explained every step , never pressured me into some overwhelming big dental plan(which I've found is quite rare) and the work is amazing.. just by far the best I have found yet. I saw Susan, the hygienist, in the Kaur Family dentist office in Plymouth. My husband and I have always had excellent results with first Dr. Curry and then Dr Lucy. Today Susan explained how I needed to work on a certain area in my mouth. She gave me a sample using a small brush and showed me how to take care of it. Having some discomfort, I had Xrays and an evaluation done by this group. They determined that I had two problem teeth next to each other in the upper left. One definitely need a root canal and crown replaced. The other they said "probably" had a fracture, although the Xrays didn't show it. They would have to go in and take a look and if would have to extract and replace, or do a root canal, depending on what they find. It made me suspicious that they gave this costly diagnosis without any proof. I decided to have the work done in the Philippines. She did the necessary root canal/replacement on the one tooth and determined--using the same evidence that the Jackson dentists had--that the other tooth was just fine. A correct diagnosis as it turned out. If I had gone ahead with Kaur Family Dental, my total costs would have been over $5000, with possibly half of it not even needed. With the dentist in the Philippines, whose work was excellent, total cost was $400. read more
