They were able to get me in the very next day due to a cancellation, and I couldn't be more grateful. Dr Kabans clinic got me an appt so fast and made sure to confirm that I was not in pain. I have major medical anxiety and PTSD due to some pretty terrible care. Everyone was extremely patient with me about that. They were kind and encouraging. I appreciated the little touches like the rescue kitten cam videos, the emotional support cuddle bear, the full body bib, the warm washcloth for after and much more. Jessica was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She looked up my insurance stuff and got everything together really fast. I was shocked how quick she got it all done! AJ is a great assistant and even thought I was explaining to him that I am a hot mess and super freaky about medical providers he assured me that he didn't think I was weird and he would take good care of me. Dr Kaban was so patient and explained everything that he was doing and made sure to answer my questions. While I don't want another root canal, I would definitely come back here if I need one. I do have a hot nerve and I was bleeding quite a bit. I felt every time he hit a nerve because I jerked. Dr. Kaban stopped immediately and numbed me up to make sure I didn't feel anything. We did not finish and I will be back to finish but I appreciate that he was very straight forward about everything and was on top of care and comfortability. Only endodentist in Vacaville/Fairfield that I would give my money too. He's not corporate owned and accepts United Concordia Tricare dental.

Dr. Jensen is professional, amazing, and soft-spoken; he explained everything clearly and answered every question we had regarding the procedure. The efficiency was incredible--he removed two fully erupted top wisdom teeth and two horizontal impacted ones in less than 40 minutes under general anesthesia. The recovery was just as smooth; my son was pain-free by the second day using the provided ice pack and post-op instructions. The prescription was sent directly to the pharmacy, making the whole process seamless. His recovery was so fast that he was able to attend his first year of college just three days after surgery! I also loved the office layout, which includes a discreet side door to wheel patients out to the car. Tarah, the receptionist, was a pleasure to deal with and clearly explained our insurance coverage. I've also had the pleasure to deal with Nora (over the phone) and she was a sweetheart. Upon returning from my trip, I scheduled an emergency appointment with Luc Dental Care. An x-ray confirmed a large cavity in my wisdom tooth. I was immediately referred to Sacramento Valley Dental Specialists for a tooth extraction. I spoke with a friendly representative at Sacramento Valley Dental Specialists who was able to schedule a next day consultation and oral surgery. The following day I arrived to a group of friendly employees at the front desk that greeted me. Since I filled out the intake form prior to the appointment, I was only seated for two minutes before being ushered to the back. An employee took my blood pressure, administered an x-ray, and informed me that the surgeon would be with me shortly. Shortly after Dr. Fries entered the room and introduced himself. He gave me an overview of the procedure that would be conducted, asked if I had any questions, and then started a short video that informed me about post-extraction care. After the video concluded, I was ushered to another room where Dr. Fries and an employee began administering the local anesthesia. Roughly 10 minutes later, after confirming that the anesthesia had kicked in, Dr Fries began the procedure. Throughout the procedure Dr. Fries and the employee did a great job of communicating what was happening (the wisdom tooth was very stubborn in coming out) and verifying that I was not in pain (although there was slight discomfort). Three days later, strictly following the post-extraction rules, I have no pain (thankfully)...thank you Dr. Fries and the rest of the Sacramento Valley Dental Specialists team!

The other thing I detest is that bright overhead lights. I may have watched too many sci-fi movies because those lights look like an alien space ship hovering over my head. However, my fears were dispelled when I saw Dr. Franklin. He was kind and gentle, answered my questions and spent a good amount of time with me. I went to Dr. Franklin for a second opinion. The good doctor allayed my fears of the work prescribed by the other dentist that I saw. He explained in detail the pros and cons of dental work, and the time to get the work done. After a thorough examination, Dr. Franklin said I have a gentle bite. Overall, I've had nothing by superb assistance from this office - from Sierra, at the front desk, to Grace, who took the Digital 3D X-Rays.
