I originally bought an alternator that turned out to be bad, costing me over $589 in repairs and frustration. I first went back to the AutoZone at 24723 Aldine Westfield Rd, where I purchased it, but they were unable to help with the refund and told me to try another location. I then went to the AutoZone further down Aldine Westfield, and Alex stepped in and took care of the situation professionally and respectfully. He made the process smooth and actually cared about helping resolve the issue. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Alex definitely went above and beyond.
