History

Established in 2010.

In January of 2010 I had dinner with a close friend who was an extremely successful event planner. She was complaining to me about some local vendors who would never do what they said they were going to do, would never be on time and delivered dirty, cracked, chipped or broken equipment. I then decided to reach out to many local planners and venues and asked them to describe their experiences with local rental companies and I kept hearing the same thing over and over again. I realized there was a need in the Greater New Orleans and Northshore area for a new rental company. The area needed a rental company that would do what they said they were going to do, communicate well with clients, provide exceptional customer service, be timely, and provide quality, clean rental items. In March of 2010 Southern Hospitality Event Rentals was born. Since inception, we have almost doubled in size every single year and look forward to continuing to do so in the future!

My name is Rob Verdi and am the proud owner of Southern Hospitality Event Rentals. I moved from Cleveland Ohio to Louisiana in 2007. God, family, and friends are the most important things to me.
