Company failed to remove tent, tables, and chairs as scheduled. When they did show up with out notice a day later, crew did not close gate and one of my dogs got out which could have been a disaster.

Also, when I reserved the Soup warmer I asked the girl on the phone if they had any DJ equipment or speakers available, she stated that with Cinco De Mayo (which is next week) they were all rented out. Well on the morning of our party, while I was at the store the worker told me they had 3 available. MORAL OF THE STORY, this company needs to get a better tracking system for their inventory, and maybe pull the items in advance so that they can give their customers a heads up when they can not locate their inventory.
