Pretty frustrated with them at this time. Their guy did a drive by a couple weeks ago in the AM and just dropped the sign in the street in front of my house. No paperwork at the door. Sent an email to my sales guy asking what happened and he explained that he would have to contact the tech that treated my yard in order to find out what happened. Really? Zero help. Later that day another guy came by while we were home and didn't knock at all. Must have been another drive by because my dogs didn't even bark and the always do. He left two signs this time, one stuck in the yard and one laying in the driveway. Paperwork just thrown at the door step. Major drive by. I called the office the next day and the manager called back and said he would call back with more info. No call back. My yard looked much better when True Green took care of it. I have brown spots that keep getting bigger and Gecko says it can't be cutworms because they already treated it. I had a landscape guy come out and he said it was fungus. Gecko is supposed to treat for that too. I've asked for a refund of the last service (drive by) but they won't communicate with me now. Many other neighbors are having similar issues. The lawn technicians really know what they are talking about at this company. Every suggestion on watering and mowing to help improve service have helped my lawn significantly. My lawn started off in really bad shape. It was very thin and had tons of weeds. After starting in the late fall this past year my lawn looks great right now. very limited weeds and green as can be. The customer service is always nice and helpful when i call in with questions or just to pay my bill and any additional services i have inquired about have been responded to quickly and the sales person i dealt with was great. I have recommended this company to all my friends and will continue to do so. Great job for being a smaller company. I was a little hesitant to stray away from the bigger company i was using but seems like the smaller companies do it best! If needed please get their 12 month guaranteed fire ant treatment. Those suckers have completely gone from my yard. The one time i saw them come back they came right out to retreat for free. read more

I've not used a lawn care provider until Gecko Green. Rachid stopped by and left me a pamphlet and talked through the services. He was very helpful and set clear expectations. Our first treatment was only a couple days after signing up and we just had aeration this afternoon less than a week after sign up. The techs that I have had out, Vonte and Miguel, have both been very professional, respectful, and informative of what to expect. GECKO GREEN's Jason cares!! Did a nice application job today. Lawn in pretty bad shape, probably worst it's been, even after several seasonal applications. Aeration on front yard slope didn't help. Seasonal rains didn't help. They caused soil to wash and eventually kill much lawn. I raked several times to try and uncover grass with some success. However, still have bare spots. Will see how this application goes before making decision to continue service. read more

After using Gecko Green for only a few months, my lawn is looking much better. I thought that there was no chance this lawn can be fixed. It looked so bad. But I'm pleasantly surprised of how it turned out. And I didn't have to do any work myself to fix it. I guess all my lawn needed was some regular treatments from experts. After my previous post Craig reached out to discuss my complaints. True to his word we agreed on a course of action and oversight to resolve the service issues. Carrie came out and we walked the yard and she took over and scheduled corrective actions she noted in her visit. My lawn has responded and is looking as expected. I'm rating a 4 because I was at the point of cancelling my service because I didn't feel I was getting the results I should be getting. I've noticed a new technician has been working our yard over the last couple of months. I've also noticed a significant improvement and am now very happy with my service.
