They promise to return phone calls, but never do. Most recently, I called out of desperation and was told I would hear from someone within a day or so. After ten days, I sent an email off to the owner who told me that they've changed their model and now only do support for people with annual contracts. I don't understand why they couldn't have told me that in the first place. Anyways, it's great to hear of a company whose business is so good, that they don't need any more customers.

We hired American Business Telephone to rewire our shop for both our computer and telephone networks as well as purchase/install our new telephone system. We had an outage with had nothing to do with our inside phone systems, but rather a problem with our T1 line outside the building. I mentioned to Cliff our children were going to be in Europe for the Summer at school and Cliff told me that their smart phone can connect via the internet into our VOP over with the IPitomy telephone system to save on calls in the USA.
