He charged him $2000 and could not justify the hours. We even supplied the hardware for storing the files. Ken the loser owner of this filthy business could not explain why this took so long? Where was his compassion concerning this important job for my grieving brother. You see these files were 48,000 pictures and videos of my eleven year old nephew who passed away suddenly in his sleep this summer! My brother trusted this guy with his Heart. Ken let us down. Ken didn't even complete the job! I was the person who bugged him regularly to do the work. After 100 Days and a personal rant to him we got the computer back with no videos or pictures on it!! I was the one to uploaded them to the Cloud and back to the MacBook. I deleted all the duplicates which he promised would not be there. They were not in chronological order as promised. I made this right. It wasn't hard. With not much help from Ken my brother finally has memories of his son and can view them on his computer. Do Not Give this Man your computer.
