I thought that I would give them the benefit of the doubt after reading some of their customer reviews and gave them a call. While speaking with the person on the phone I explained to him that I had the specs of the computer (very straight forward specs.) that I wanted to be built and asked if I should email them or come in to speak with someone. He informed me that I needed to come in to sit down with one of the techs and go over the specifics and that I would be charged $50 for a consulting fee (You've got to be joking!!). As we were talking the other phone rang in the background, he cut me off while I was speaking and he said to me "Let me run, I have to take this other call. Come in when you get a chance. Goodbye".
