I had a lovely claims adjuster, Lorna, who took my calls and helped me every step of the way. While it took a month to receive the check, it did come. When they answer, tell them you want to talk to ________. Tell them you will continue to call the unlucky person you selected until satisfied. It worked. Illinois is a state that a driver not at fault can be assigned a percentage of fault. I will call term contributory negligence. They use this to reduce their already low ball claim. In the future get the cop to write them a ticket if they are at fault. Get a legitimate claim from a reputable body shop. Demand their estimator visit you to write a claim. I was able to find where the junkyard parts were coming from and called them on the damaged replacement part by calling the junkyard. Do not allow them to pick a repair shop. Call the Illinois department of insurance and ask to speak with head. You will not be able to speak with the political appointee but give her deputy an ear full. I also called governor fat boy office and gave them an earful too. They do not care about us, they are democrats.

When I was shopping for market place insurance I found many agents from big name companies have fudged the truth and in some cases flat out lied. I literally almost gave up hope but Maggie was there every step of the way and made me feel confident. The one thing I love about Maggie she is very knowledgeable and looks after your interest not hers. Other agents I was turned off to the fact they were high pressure and didn't seem too interested in spending too much time. I know most agents don't make a lot of commission selling health care and explains why most are quick to close the sake and move on, Maggie was more interested in making sure I felt comfortable with the policy. My policy is up for renewal and the new agent, Hanna Kwasniewska's office, called me to tell me that I will be losing my Preferred status because the prior agent made an error when he was setting up my automatic payment. Seriously? You want to raise my rate because of an error of the prior agent. The guy offered to send me a gift card or a t-shirt! Are you kidding me? A t-shirt to advertise ALLSTATE? Idiots! They also have the arrogant idiot thing going on. I called Allstate and filed a complaint and am having the rate hike reversed. I am also changing companies.
