I started with auto insurance and due to a series of unfortunate run-ins (literally) with other drivers, I've been in over 15 auto accidents. The first was my fault and every other one was the other driver. Seriously! Who else do you know who's been rear ended THREE times while at a complete stop? Trudy and Linda and now Trish help me with the rental and the accident report and the other guys insurance company and all the other crap that goes along with an accident. One time my fuel tank got pierced by a metal rod on the highway. I had the fire department there and my car was spewing a full tank of gas all over the breakdown lane. When I called to tell them what happened (my second call after AAA) Trish even came and got me and brought me to work. How awesome is that?!?! When I bought my house, I went to them for my homeowners insurance. They work hard to make sure you get the best deal around as far as pricing is concerned. They tell you all those stupid tid-bits you'd never know about insuranc-y things like umbrella insurance. Who knew? She was extremely helpful in switching our auto insurance and also trying to save us money on our homeowners insurance. As life would have it, only a few months into our new insurance, my wife and I were awoken by the police at 2am. Someone had drunkenly backed down our street and scrapped up the side of one of our cars (along with at least one other on the street). One of our neighbors had seen the entire incident and called the police. The officer took our information and said he'd have a report for us in a few days. When we finally got the police report, almost all the information for the drunk driver and witness was blacked out. I tried dealing with a claim through our insurance, and they were LESS than helpful. Out of frustration I spoke with Amanda about the situation, and she said she'd see what she could do. OH MAN DID SHE GET IT DONE!! Amanda called the police department and asked for the driver's information and insurance company. Their reply? "This is America . . . [they should have their own insurance], you need to protect your belongings." Absolutely despicable (yes, that officer is DEFINITELY getting reported). Through her own time and research, Amanda eventually found out the other driver HAD THE SAME AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY I DID! The insurance company didn't even check their own system for the other guy's insurance. Amanda was cool, calm, and collected through the entire process, and I KNOW I wouldn't have been able to deal with any of this without her. Amanda - you're an all star, and I'm absolutely telling everyone they need to go through you to get their insurance needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

There were mistakes on our tax returns, that should have been reviewed before forwarding to the IRS. It took 2 to 3 years to resolve the issue and receive compensation. Today, we called to change time of appointment.... The receptionist misheard or deliberately over exaggerated what my husband requested. We then receive a call from owner yelling that we have a choice to apologize to the receptionist or take our business elsewhere, without asking what happened. That was an easy and welcome decision. We usually don't receive such drama and explosive behavior from professionals, we already have a new accountant!

This husband and wife team live and breathe friendliness, and commitment to their customers. I started using them when we leased a car years ago, and have since made the decision to stick with them every year. When I told them I wanted to make sure I was getting the best rate I could, they gave me a bunch of tips to ship around. I later found out that if I made a switch, I would have been forced to go with another agent (because they didn't handle all of the car insurance providers). I refused to switch after that because I wouldn't want to deal with another company. Keep in mind, they didn't mention that once - they were just helpful. Every time I call, they know who I am by name, and they have gone out of their way to make my life easy on a number of occasions in a number of ways. I don't live anywhere near them, I have never been to their office, but I will stay with them as long as they are in business. They have earned my business for life in every way possible. They have never once disappointed. Try having Paula call you honey while she handles a bunch of awful paperwork for you, and you will never go anywhere else again.

I asked to be told ahead of time what the price of my policy change would be. I was told she…read morecouldn't tell me the price then but that once she could, if I thought it was too high she would shop around for other options. That never happened, she just began charging me. I called back and was told it was too late, who knows what the charge will be to cancel and I would have to wait until next year. Next time I called for clarification, explaining I had other quotes for less money and was told the fee to switch would have been minor. Isn't that the reason to have an insurance agent? Not here. Rude and impatient and don't care what the customer pays. Agency doesn't shop for cheaper policies. I've been paying for a ton of unnecessary coverage on my vehicles that kept increasing.
