But I'll say this up front as well: Insurance costs have definitely gone up over the last couple of years and certainly the economy and inflation has something to do with that. Yet the agents here have investigated ways for our insurance policy to be reduced on both occasions. Even a modest cut is a good thing but sporting good attention to detail here, no matter what the reduction may be, was still something that leads to more trust in your agent and State Farm as a whole. On this day, Alana did the research to help our hopes for cost reduction and showed no signs of shooooing us away.
