I had no thyroid issues before coming here. When I uploaded my labs as asked about going on a reduced dose, she terminated me as a patient, told me I would be exhausted tired, to stop all of her meds immediately (even unrelated ones) and that I could go see my primary. I spent thousands here and way overpaid for everything I was prescribed. I was stunned to be cut off for asking about very concerning lab results. So BUYER BEWARE if anything goes wrong or you ask too many questions you'll be sent packing and out a lot of money. They are way overcharging for compounded meds and now I have to see a specialist for problem I didn't have before this.

I was running out of time. I would pick up the medication on another day. Because I have scheduled and paid for appointments for the rest of the year, missing that appointment was not an issue. I was told I could come pick up the medication on another day. The prescription had been filled and I could come by to pick it up. When I got there, they acted like this was a new request. I tried to explain, but the person did not care to listen. When I went to pay, I had to pay more for the prescription because they had to do paperwork. The person did not know anything about the arrangement, did not check on any arrangement, and was very abrupt when I spoke up about the arrangement. So not only did the late appointment cause other meeting time problems, going to get the prescription caused more wait time, more money, and a very rude clerk with very poor interpersonal skills. The original glitch in the late appointment, caused me two more issues with personal meeting times. As a 6-year patient, there have been other times when they were on the late side, but I let it go. I have had successful weight loss. I have never missed or been late to an appointment. So, I paid in time and money for a 30-minute late appointment that was not of my doing. I was rudely dismissed by the clerk. The Customer Service was zero. I am thinking really hard about going back. I have paid lots of money for their service and I expect excellent service in return.

She began by asking questions around my goals/history. She took my weight and explained all of the different numbers - weight, body fat percentage, etc. She then gave me a notebook so that I can begin tracking my food in order to gain insight into eating habits as well as what does and doesn't work to achieve my overall goal. I have booked a follow up consult with her to check in and review my food journal. ------------- I came in for a consultation several months ago and honestly felt like I wasted my money. The consultation was difficult to book because they don't open weekends and so I had to take time off work. Aside from that, the person I met with was completely unprepared. She kept shuffling for papers the entire time and ultimately was unable to provide me with any handouts or anything helpful. She then proceeded to regurgitate a little bit of info that is common sense or can easily be found online. I let her know I have a medical condition and wanted help/advice around how to eat better to manage the condition as well as achieve weight loss and I got nothing. She didn't help determine the amount of calories I need to consume to be in a calorie deficit, I didn't get weighed, she didn't take my measurements, BMI info. I honestly paid approx $70 for someone to tell me I needed to eat small portions, well no shit.

I will also mention that during our conversation he mentioned he had 6,000 patients and based on other Yelp reviews it appears he is opening up a 4th office. There is one other doctor, 3 NPs, and a nutritionist listed among his practice's staff. I'll let you do the math and figure out if that's a doctor-to-patient ratio you're comfortable with.
