There were several flavors of gelato as expected - instead of being on display they were in tubs covered in lids. I heard that's the "proper" way to store gelato as it remains fresher, though the jury is still out for me on that one. The cherry was just okay but I really enjoyed the black sesame. Hubby had pistachio and a strawberry cheesecake, and I liked the pistachio. There aren't many flavors to choose from, which is one of the signs of a good gelato place. While the gelato itself was good, the flavors didn't really appeal to me so I kind of just settled on those two. So if you want to try the flor di latte, seems you need to go way earlier than I did.
