This is our third time here. It's the perfect location for late night celebrations! The assortment of gelato is extraordinary with Middle Eastern favorites and more traditional flavors also. For the full indulgence, order the homemade waffle cup or cone; it has a hint of cinnamon and is so delicious! Our group of seven each order different items and told the owner that we were there to celebrate our daughter's fiancé's college graduation. He came right out with a platter of cheesecake and strawberries topped with Dubai chocolate and pistachios, on the house. What hospitality! This is our go-to place for sweet celebrations in Santa Clarita.

First time here. IT'S AMAZING AND DELICIOUS. Paul was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and friendly. And the Gelato itself...WOW! The espresso is so incredibly delicious. Best and most delicious, authentic gelato in town. The Italian influence tied to its roots I. Milan shines through with traditional flavors like pistachio, and butter pecan but also many interesting alternatives with a middle eastern and regional flair including Beirut ashta and baklava. And don't overlook the sorbet. The lemon ice is especially good and reminds of the best enjoyed in Sorento. Other scrumptious treats available too, including Dubai chocolate and strawberries, crepes and cheesecake by the slice. Brightly lit, clean and fun atmosphere with an Italian vibe. Management and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and welcome. And it you're nice you may get an extra treat!

I wanted a little treat after taking a brutal exam and the staff was so nice and sweet. They offered samples and once I tried the matcha, I knew that it was it. A sweet new find! Went with friends on a weeknight for some desert and I was pleasantly surprised. It is very bright and welcoming with plenty of tables. The owner was very nice and allowed us to sample numerous gelatos before we settled on our flavors. They also have crepes, chocolate strawberries (Dubai style) and other desserts to meet anyone's cravings. The gelatos and crepe were delicious. They also gave us a sample of the chocolate strawberries which we will definitely have to order on our next visit. I would highly recommend trying this place on your next dessert outing.

Every employee that works here is always so friendly and the restaurant just has good vibes. If you ask for anything they can most likely do it. I dont understand anyone who has given this place less than 5 stars. I just don't see any merit in those reviews. This place is 100% better than any chain ice cream shop that has employees that dont want to be there and are friendly half the time with lesser quality items. Trust and come here instead

Cute little place we discovered while looking for ice cream. Lots of flavors, which always makes it confusing for me but thankfully they let you sample when he saw I was having a hard time deciding. Great range of flavors from refreshing (lemon), fruity (orange and French strawberry) to rich and decadent (tiramisu, fudge etc). I ended up with French Strawberry and loved it. There wasn't much to their service, nothing memorable, he could have been a bit more solicitous but it was ok. It's part of an odd strip mall, if you don't see it, it's right next to a large martial arts school with lots of parking.

Absolutely delicious! Not from around the area so I went to check out the place, man everything looked so good! Such a verity of delicious desserts, definitely is something for everyone, The owner is so kind and I will definitely be coming back again!

A gem in the Santa Clarita area. Great quality ice creams, gelatos and crapes. Customer service is top notch. I take my son next door for judo and this is a weekly treat. So happy to have a great family owned business in The SCV. Highly recommend!!!!

Gelati Gelato is a must stop. I was in town with some friends on a trip and we liked it so much we went three days in a row. Hopefully we didn't scare off the staff too much! Our first visit on a weekday was light so there was no pressure in choosing a sample. I never know how many samples are considered *acceptable* but we tried an ample amount and the server was extremely nice and patient. I went with pistachio crema 2 days in a row because it was that good. It reminded me of the real gelato I've tried in Italy, where you can really taste the nuttiness. The last day I had espresso and tiramisu. All the samples I tried were good in any case. By the 3rd day, almost everyone there recognized us. They threw in a nice surprise by bringing out some Dubai strawberry and chocolate on the house! Wonderful service. Easy 5 stars. read more

When my fiancé and I first moved to Santa Clarita, we were completely lost on where to go for dessert. But this place has such an amazing vibe, and the moment you step inside, it feels like you've found a second home. The food is incredible, and the service is super friendly. I was excited to try this place, as I love to support local, small businesses however the customer service was not great as the man was not super friendly. I tried to engage in some small chatter about the new store but he didn't seem into it. Maybe he was having a bad day, which is okay and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. The gelato was solid, nothing spectacular in my opinion. The flavors were a little mild so if you prefer to have less sweetened dessert then this is a good place for you! I would have loved to support this place again but I didn't have the best experience so I'm not sure if I'll be back read more

Me and my friends have been regulars here for a while and Daniel, Gian, and the crew have been so kind and welcoming, always happy to serve the best gelato I've ever tasted. For gelatos I love: the dark chocolate, the fig and mascarpone, the cereal milk, the ashta with pistachios. They also have amazing Dubai chocolate strawberries and crepes. Been eyeing this place for awhile and finally decided to check it out. Service was great. Very friendly staff. They insisted on giving us free samples of as many gelato (or Gelati) flavors we wanted. Ambiance is amazing. It feels like a Mediterranean/Italian spring. Very bright and floral. Super vibrant. I love that they are open late since virtually erything else in the SCV is usually closed by 10. This makes it a nice option for late night cravings or date nights. Highly recommend. read more

What a breath of fresh Italian air. As we just returned from two weeks in Tuscany we have been craving gelato. Luckily this place recently opened. It is a very clean and nicely decorated sweets shop. They have way too many gelato choices to list. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and offered an array of samples. Apparently the gelato is imported from Italy. The price reflects the imported costs but is worth it. I had a fruity sorbet and my husband had the creamy chocolate chip in a bowl. Sugar and waffle cones are also available. The location is in a strip mall with ample parking, however there are many eateries in the mall and parking can get hectic. There are very clean restrooms. In addition, they make many smoothies, shakes and other desserts. The assorted macaroons looked delicious. I would like to see a shop like this in an area with more foot traffic so it stays busy. I got the Chocolate gelato, Ferrero rocher and tiramisu (so tasty), and we also tried the Strawberry and Dubai Chocolate--every flavor was rich, creamy, and full of flavor Daniel helped us and was super kind and friendly--really added to the experience. Gelati is truly something special. From the moment you walk through the doors, the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and incredibly comfortable. You can immediately tell this is a place that cares about quality, service, and the overall experience. Daniel, Vincent, and Mario consistently provide exceptional customer service. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always take the time to explain exactly what you're getting. Even when I ask detailed questions right down to calorie information they always respond with accurate, confident answers, which I truly appreciate. I get their açaí bowls almost every week sometimes two or three times a week and they never disappoint. They are healthy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. My family and I genuinely enjoy coming here together. Everything tastes exactly as described, which is rare and impressive. I recently tried the cotton candy flavor, and it truly tasted just like cotton candy spot on and amazing. Gelati has a way of drawing you in. The desserts are so mouthwatering that I find myself wanting to try everything on the menu. Every new item I've tried has exceeded my expectations. I'm often left speechless because it's just that good. I couldn't be happier that I found this place, and I genuinely look forward to my Gelati visits especially tonight! Oh my GOODNESS!!! My kids and I have lived in the area since 2019 but somehow only discovered this hidden gem on Bouquet just last night. My son wanted an açaí bowl after crushing his opening night in a local musical, but the places we're used to were all closed or closing. His big sister (who also crushed it in the show) did some sleuthing and found Gelati!! Vincent greeted us, and he is the most welcoming wonderful person!! He gave us multiple samples and gave us great suggestions and even complimentary add-ons! Daniel (who seems to be the fellow in charge) came out and gave us more samples and great suggestions, and even threw in a free treat with our order! Not only was the service above and beyond...the actual food was all beyond incredible. I'm a HUGE dessert fan and this was the best gelato I've ever tried! My son and I both got dragonfruit bowls and sides of gelato (haha how could we resist?! ) and even the sister who isn't much for sweets loved the bites she snuck. This place is so good!! They have a lot of options for sweets. Ice cream, cake, crepes, chocolate covered strawberries, etc. They also have the famous Dubai chocolate. Staff is super nice and they allow you to sample as many of the ice cream as you want. It's a cute shop with enough parking in the plaza. They have a few tables for you and your group to hang out as well. read more

Love this new gelato spot in SCV. There were plenty of options, service was great and the place was clean and cozy. I highly recommend coming here for dessert and supporting this small business. I love that they have late hours as well since most places in SCV close so early. My family loved all the gelato flavors. Even their waffle cone was delicious. I can't wait to come back to try their other desserts such as the cheesecakes, crepes and dubai chocolate. read more

This was the closest location, and a perfect spot to hang out for a while longer. After scoring our small gelatos, we headed out to sit in the sunshine adjacent to the fountain out front. It was just warm enough to be pleasant, and the wind mostly behaved by not chasing napkins away on the breeze. Since I had to give up dairy a few years ago, it's such a pleasure to be able to count on Tifa for having three to four flavors each day without it. The little tea wafers they add to the gelato are delightful for their delicate flavor and flaky texture. Whoever does the hiring for their shops seems to do a great job of finding friendly employees who display warmth in their welcoming greetings. I understand that the real estate prices at this center must be expensive, but it's a shame that the indoor space here is very tight. A number of the other Tifa locations have more elbow room, and encourage lingering by offering games and puzzles to keep the young and young-at-heart amused while enjoying their gelato and chocolate treats. That's the only reason for four stars instead of five here.

My go-to orders are the raspberry honey latte and the honey latte. I get them iced and I can taste the delicious espresso and it is not too sweet or diluted with milk. If I am in the area more, I would come to Henry's Coffee more often. I tend to go when I am visiting family.

We had our very first visit to Gelati Ice Cream, and it was such a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile by Dayron, who truly made the visit special. He was such a character with his fun tie and bright floral shirt! His energy was infectious and immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. Dayron encouraged us to sample any flavor and gave us great suggestions based on what we liked. He was incredibly knowledgeable about gelato and shared fun tidbits about how it's made and what makes it different from regular ice cream. You can really tell he loves what he does! The gelato itself was absolutely delicious! It was creamy, flavorful, and perfectly smooth. We can't wait to come back and try more flavors. My friend and I stopped by this gelato shop and were blown away by how welcoming and helpful the staff were -- huge shoutout to Vincent and David! They took their time answering all of our questions about the flavors, offered samples with a smile, and even told us about other locations when we mentioned we're originally from the Valley. Everything we tried was delicious -- especially the strawberry, Dubai chocolate, and pistachio flavors. The gelato was top quality, the prices were great, and the customer service was outstanding. Tasted a few of their gelato flavors and they were delicious but we wanted something different. Taniel the night manager recommended we taste the Ashta which is Lebanese clotted cream so we got the Ashtalita bowl which is Ashta with banana, strawberry and kiwi. Gelati was such a great find! We tried the Nutella, Cookies N' Cream, and Mango flavors, and all three were tasty, refreshing, and satisfying. Each flavor had a nice richness without being too heavy. A really nice surprise was the complimentary Dubai Chocolate strawberries, which were delicious and made the visit feel extra special. The shop itself has unique decor and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a fun place to stop in. Service was also very friendly, and were happy to let us try multiple samples before deciding. I had such a great experience at Gelati! I wasn't sure which flavor to go with, and thankfully DeRom was there to help. He was super friendly and patient, asking me what kind of flavors I usually like and then guiding me through a few great options. He clearly knew the menu well and really took the time to help me find something I'd enjoy. I ended up going with the [insert flavor here--e.g., pistachio or blood orange], and it was perfect for my taste. Big shoutout to DeRom for the great service--he made my visit even sweeter. We stopped by Gelati Gelato for a late-night sweet treat and were so glad we did. The shop was spotless, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the bathroom was impressively clean. We've been to a lot of gelato bars, but this one had the best Italian Pistachio gelato we've ever tasted--creamy, rich, and full of flavor. They also let us try the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry, and it was absolutely divine. The store temperature was set just right, making our visit extra pleasant and comfortable. New gem in Santa Clarita. Tried their Monaco crepe with a scoop of Italian Gelato and it was delicious. Service was amazing and they have a very nice unique selection of desserts, cocktails, gelato, crepes, smoothies etc. Also a unique design and a perfect place for taking nice photos. read more
