Gelati Gelato is a must stop. I was in town with some friends on a trip and we liked it so much we went three days in a row. Hopefully we didn't scare off the staff too much! Our first visit on a weekday was light so there was no pressure in choosing a sample. I never know how many samples are considered *acceptable* but we tried an ample amount and the server was extremely nice and patient. I went with pistachio crema 2 days in a row because it was that good. It reminded me of the real gelato I've tried in Italy, where you can really taste the nuttiness. The last day I had espresso and tiramisu. All the samples I tried were good in any case. By the 3rd day, almost everyone there recognized us. The owner was very nice and allowed us to sample numerous gelatos before we settled on our flavors. What a breath of fresh Italian air. As we just returned from two weeks in Tuscany we have been craving gelato. Luckily this place recently opened. It is a very clean and nicely decorated sweets shop. They have way too many gelato choices to list. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and offered an array of samples. Apparently the gelato is imported from Italy. The price reflects the imported costs but is worth it. I had a fruity sorbet and my husband had the creamy chocolate chip in a bowl. Sugar and waffle cones are also available. The location is in a strip mall with ample parking, however there are many eateries in the mall and parking can get hectic. There are very clean restrooms. In addition, they make many smoothies, shakes and other desserts. The assorted macaroons looked delicious. I would like to see a shop like this in an area with more foot traffic so it stays busy.
