Some of the best ice cream (well, gelato) I've had in a while. Really great flavors, and lovely texture. The service was really kind, and not your typical disinterested teenagers. I wanted to buy a pint, but they don't sell pints, so the server made up a pint using a bunch of scoops in a to-go container. I also got a sample of the Dubai chocolate strawberry, which was delish. Galto Gelato is officially my new favorite gelato spot in Valencia! They have the BEST gelato. I had the pistachio gelato with pistachio crumble, and it was absolutely delicious! There were so many flavors to choose from. They also have cheesecake! We came in as a group of 8 from work, and the owner personally helped us and made the experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance is so much fun, too--they even have beautiful angel wings painted on the back wall that are perfect for a photo! Great gelato, fun atmosphere, and such a welcoming experience. Gelati Gelato is a must stop. I was in town with some friends on a trip and we liked it so much we went three days in a row. Hopefully we didn't scare off the staff too much! Our first visit on a weekday was light so there was no pressure in choosing a sample. I never know how many samples are considered *acceptable* but we tried an ample amount and the server was extremely nice and patient. I went with pistachio crema 2 days in a row because it was that good. It reminded me of the real gelato I've tried in Italy, where you can really taste the nuttiness. The last day I had espresso and tiramisu. All the samples I tried were good in any case. By the 3rd day, almost everyone there recognized us. The owner was very nice and allowed us to sample numerous gelatos before we settled on our flavors.
