Trap milk tea with coffee jelly, Mango fruit green tea with lychee jelly, and taro smoothie with boba.
    Angela C.

Stopped by this boba shop since we were in the area for an event at the Santa Clarita Sports complex. Boba Trap is located in a small corner shopping plaza near a laundromat. In addition to all the laundromat traffic, there were so many people around the boba shop and I couldn't figure out why until I went in and saw that the shop was having some sort of BTS promotion and there were several vendors in and around the stop selling BTS merchandise. It was super festive with lots of customers milling around and enjoying drinks and purchasing items. The decor inside is very colorful and cute. I ordered the Trap Milk Tea (their house blend) with coffee jelly, the mango fruit green tea (50% sweet) with lychee jelly and taro smoothie (75% sweet) with boba. Everything was really good especially the Trap Milk Tea. Whatever tea combo they use is fantastic and super tasty! The sweetness levels of everything I ordered was just right for our family. The boba was also fresh and chewy. I highly recommend Boba Trap if you're in the area and craving some good drinks! Just be aware that parking is super hard to find.

My boyfriend and I literally come here all the time!!!! We love it here! Serena is the sweetest and always makes conversation with us. The bubble waffle is the best I love getting it! And the drinks are always great too and wait isn't long either.

Delicious! I love pistachio and this was perfect. I tasted a pistachio ice cream like flavor but it was creamy and perfectly textured as a smoothie should be. Not too sweet either, I usually modify flavors at boba places but didn't need to this time. I recommend!!

I've been going here since they first opened, and I'm glad that there's another boba place in town that's close by to me. I've had their bubble waffle dessert, and it's amazing if you want something warm and sweet for the day. The shaved ice is also very refreshing, and you can get a couple of toppings on it, it's great if you're looking to cool down. I come here quite often, and I'm never disappointed by their service. It's family owned, and they're always nice and want to converse when I come in! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is cool and kind of homey as well. The wall art and layout of the shop is nice to look at.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've never had a bad experience here. Definitely check it out if you're in the area!

We were craving boba and decided to try Boba Trap for the first time! We ordered the caramel milk tea, trap milk tea, and honey jasmine milk tea. They were definitely solid milk teas and we really liked them. They were all the perfect sweetness, and we liked that all the teas are freshly brewed! The staff was extremely nice and super helpful! The interior is also really cute with cool art and bright colors. We will definitely be coming back!

Wow!!!! New one of a kind boba & shaved ice spot right where the old Baskin Robbins was (across from the CC Edwards theater). Stopped in after church and couldn't believe our eyes when we saw the size of the Build Your Own Shaved Ice. We decided on the Thai Tea Shaved Ice (really feeds more than 3 people) and thoroughly enjoyed every last bite. Quality boba and fresh and tasty ingredients! Sadly, not an allergy friendly business (concerning any of their desserts or blended drinks) for peanut/nut allergies. Fortunately she gave an honest and clear response to our inquiry, which we greatly appreciated. The lemonades were a safe alternative for him and was oh so delicious! Can't wait to come back next week!!

It seemed as though there were about 10-12 tables inside, and all the employees work with one another to wait on the tables. We showed up around 10:45am on a Saturday morning, and to our surprise there was no wait. We were sat immediately and ordered a cappuccino and Arnold Palmer to drink. Then, I ordered the Salmon Benny with home potatoes, while my partner ordered the Churro waffle combo. It did take about half an hour to get our food, but it was well worth how fresh everything tasted. My salmon benny came on an everything bagel with cream cheese, and the salmon was served cold (in a delicious/ good way, not like it was frozen. I just wanted to make a note of this because usually when eating a salmon benedict the salmon gets warm from the temperature of the english muffin and egg). Then, the home potatoes had onions, and bell peppers and I kept commenting on how fresh the bell peppers tasted. My partner had the churro waffle with eggs, sausage and bacon. They really nailed the churro flavor of the waffle. Both our plates were completely devoured with no leftovers to take home. For our two drinks, two entrees (and the added combo to the churro waffle) it ended up being $53, which we found to be extremely reasonable for the quality, portion size, and service provided. The only thing I would mention was the parking lot gets a little crowded. They share a parking lot with the other stores in the plaza, and there were several spots open only because there were a lot of bigger cars who were over the line. No fault to the restaurant itself, just something to be aware of.

They had live music playing when we went on a Sunday and they have indoor and outdoor seating with misters working overtime to keep customers cool. There's a ton of workers constantly moving and taking orders, cleaning, making drinks and etc so service was very fast. I think from the entire visit took us about 20 minutes and we walked in at 1:30 pm and ordered a pretty large ish breakfast for 2 people. The eggs are fantastic, the bacon is crisp with no soggy bits, the French toast is thick and comes with some pretty cool toppings. The only thing that was a minor let down was the biscuits and gravy were a little lack luster but we chose to believe it was because they were closing soonish. Their coffee was incredible. Overall it's our new breakfast spot and we couldn't be happier with our visit. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu!

We ordered the Flying Fried sandwich, avocado toast, and waffles with eggs. The "Fly Sauce" tasted like a basic spicy mayo, the eggs were dry, the brioche bun was dry as well, and the waffles tasted stale. I always try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but for the price point, the quality simply wasn't there. Nothing tasted fresh or memorable, and we left feeling underwhelmed. Based on our experience, I don't see what makes this place stand out in a city with so many breakfast options. On the positive side, the staff was kind and welcoming, which is why I'm giving credit where it's due. Maybe we caught them on an off day, but unfortunately, the food was very mediocre.
