Having said that, when I did try to open the sandwich there was so much liquid pouring out of it that I had a hard time opening the wrapping. The bread was a little soggy from the kraut juice but the sandwich itself was quite delicious - I would give it a four. Minus the soggy bread, it was the best Reuben that I've had in this area and the surrounding states. I would give customer service from the sandwich guy a 1 - only because he made the sandwich. This shop does have a wide selection of beverages and food items that you can't find at other restaurants or gas stations. They have a fresh salad bar which is very good, a gelato case and fresh made sandwiches. I hope they can motivate the sandwich guy. The ingredients and flavor of the Ruben was delicious.
