Strawberry Cheesecake mixed with NY Cheesecake

Unique flavors without dyes and a vegan friendly section. They allow free samples and it comes with a free wafer. Overall they taste good but the price is very expensive which is negative thing I can say. Interior is nice with enough available seating. The price has me questioning if it was worth it and worthy of returning.

We came opening night and the place was packed but the line was moving. The workers were so kind and honestly let you try whatever you want with such a good attitude. The owners are very kind and kept the store very clean. The bathrooms and seating were all clean. My gelato was so so so good! I loved my odd mixture bc I couldn't choose between two flavors! Can't wait to come back and try more!

There was a bit of a line, but that goes with Grand Openings. The gelato is fine and came in reduced sugar, vegan and traditional flavors. There are 3 sizes - single, double and a larger cup (I'm guessing triple scoops). The single is plenty, and comes with a wooden mini spoon, which I preferred to plastic spoons - so score for green sustainability. We ordered pistachio, hazelnut, and Cookies n Cream. The texture was fine for all 3. The pistachio was my favorite and had sufficient pistachio taste to it, but the Hazelnut wasn't as strong a profile and had an odd after taste. The Cookies n Cream didn't taste like Oreos the way Sonic tastes like Oreos, but I guess that's why they call it "Cookies n Cream". They're topped off with a tasty wafer biscuit that provides a nice crunchy contrast to the velvety gelato. The single cups were about $7 each after taxes - with 20% tip, about $25 in total. There is a bar with stools by the front window, but unfortunately it's too close to the order counter line, that it wouldn't be easy to grab a seat with the wrap around of customers nearby. Meanwhile, there is a large empty area in front of the gelato display cases that would better serve as the line corral, if they used stanchions to create an "S" queue. There are tables further in, and some bistro tables outside, with wide enough outside window ledges that could seat small bottoms - perfect for kids. The novelty of a gelato shop is nice to have in this frozen custard loving NWA, so if you've never had one before, you should give it a try. I've had better gelato in other cities, but I appreciate that it's offered locally. I might try it again, but the price point is more than I'd like to continue paying for frequent visits.

Way too expensive. Spent $38 for two adults and two small children. Thought they were joking when they rang me up. We will not return.

Not worth the trip. They say it's authentic- but... not close. The real thing in Italy is better and cheaper than the fake stuff here.

Today I gave it one more chance to get a fresh salad from the bar. Not only is the place completely deserted inside, I only saw one other customer at lunch, the salad bar was absolutely horrible. The lettuce was all wilted, the chicken that I got tasted very old and stale, and many of the previous salad bar items are now gone. Their pizza counter used to serve several fresh items and now they're only serving pizza the rest of the grill is closed down. The man that was working at the pizza counter checked me out for my salad and never said one word to me. If this place isn't about to close down, it will be soon. Again, I've given it several chances and it keeps going downhill on each visit.

I had not been here for quite some time except to buy gas. I was told that they have the best Reuben sandwich in Northwest Arkansas. I stopped in and the interior looked dark and not quite open for business. The hot food area was so dark and empty that I thought it was closed - and this was just after lunch time- around one. When I asked an associate, she yelled a gentleman's name and he came slowly wandering out of the back kitchen. I asked for a Reuben sandwich and he did not speak to me or acknowledge me and acted like my order was imposing on him. He moved slower than any human that I have ever seen in the food or restaurant business - he ambled slowly around to find the ingredients. I need to mention that he was helping absolutely no one but me at this time - lucky me. At last he finished the sandwich, wrapped it up and dropped it in front of me on the counter. I picked it up and walked to the register to pay. I did mention to the blonde associate that the sandwich gentleman was unfriendly and unmotivated - she apologized. Having said that, when I did try to open the sandwich there was so much liquid pouring out of it that I had a hard time opening the wrapping. The bread was a little soggy from the kraut juice but the sandwich itself was quite delicious - I would give it a four. Minus the soggy bread, it was the best Reuben that I've had in this area and the surrounding states. I would give customer service from the sandwich guy a 1 - only because he made the sandwich. This shop does have a wide selection of beverages and food items that you can't find at other restaurants or gas stations. They have a fresh salad bar which is very good, a gelato case and fresh made sandwiches. I hope they can motivate the sandwich guy. The ingredients and flavor of the Ruben was delicious.
