Came in Sunday evening 3/22/26 6:10pm and left very disappointed. My wife and I both ordered and more than half of my mix ins were left on the stone and scrapped into the disposal. And my wife's mix in was one a Choco peanut butter cup and only included one cup and I'd consider it just chocolate icecream. Staff seemed annoyed to be annoyed to help us and when I made a mistake ordering there was more negative attitude despite us being the only two people ordering. The concept is great, but the ice cream base is low tier. If these people used an ultra premium ice cream they would be unstoppable. Super expensive for Borden's or Blue Bunny quality. Even Breyers quality would get four stars from me. You can't dress up a pig with awesome toppings.... read more

The quality of the ice cream is typical Cold Stone, it's great as to be expected. The reason for 3 stars is due to the staff, they are unfriendly. This is the 3rd time I've been to this Cold Stone. No smiles, no friendly demeanor, just teens staring at you like a deer in headlights. My pint of ice cream wasn't at all like the picture, it had about 2/3 the qty of ice cream because the mound wasn't there, they need to fill the order as shown and deliver it with a dome lid. If I'm paying $13 for a pint (with delivery was $26) I'd like to get what is depicted. Also it arrived to my address so melted after a 15min drive I could squeeze the pint without resistance, not at all frozen. I expect some melting but this is extreme, probably transported without a insulated bag and frozen gel packs because when delivered the delivery driver had it just in a bag. The lobby was visibly dirty, trash on the floor, the surface they mixed the ingredients on appeared to be clean but the graham cracker crumbs were in big pieces not crumbs like usual and they didn't brake down in the ice cream they stayed hard and in chucks, maybe contaminated by moisture? Y'all. I stopped in yesterday with my daughter and got the new spooky Halloween ice cream. It's cake batter ice cream dyed black. Super bomb, loved it. I added white chocolate chips to insinuate little ghosts. It was perfect. Fast forward to this morning, I go to change my daughters dirty butt, and I recoiled at the sight of literal neon teal sh*t. At first I was like, "did you eat blue play dough??" But we don't have any play dough. We just did this as a team-building event at work and it was soooo much fun!! We learned about how they make the ice cream and then we went to the back of the counter and got to scoop out our own ice cream, put in our own mix-ins and then eat it! It was awesome!
