So there's two lines when you come in, one for ice cream and one for hot food. The ice cream line (with one mom and one family of three) took twenty minutes to get through. Employees had NO problem servicing the drive through (and their ice cream) quickly. One of us went to the hot food line and ordered a burger with a shake, guess what? They got their burger AND ice cream within five minutes. Very poorly ran to have a single person on the ice cream line when it's backing up. But don't worry, plenty of employees to serve the random stragglers in the hot food line. read more

I have done drive through's with Braum's several times but never eaten inside until now. The place was clean and well organized. The staff were moving around covering customers where they were and all seemed to be enjoying the jobs. I ordered pretty quickly and had my food in under 5 minutes, again from a smiling worker. I had the jalapeño burger and fries. The fries were standard issue crinkle fries but they were cooked and seasoned well. The burger was cooked and seasoned well. It is not a Michelin rated place so of course I'm not putting it on that scale. However this is hit or miss with service and cleanliness. Sometimes great service and efficient process, sometimes not - even for a fast food restaurant. If you like Braum's, this is a Braum's. And you probably know what to expect. If you've never been to Braum's , then you're probably not eating at this one for the first time but if you've never are; it is a fast food burger. Ice cream is good. Customers service is terrible. I went in to purchase ice cream for my granddaughter. Waited in line for about 10 minutes. Everyone behind us was helped ahead of me. When I reached the counter I was asked to wait. I explained that I had been waiting and everyone else behind me was already helped. Just got home from buying a brownie fudge sundae. When I got to the window to pay the cashier said the card reader was down and had me pull up and park and said she would bring my card to me and receipt. There were 2 other cars that had seemed to be told the same thing. Made me feel uncomfortable. The cashier came out gave everyone their card and receipt a few minutes later. No customer service at all. Inside restaurant was not clean to have a staff of 5 standing around chatting. Stood at the counter for at least 4 mins before anyone said anything to me about taking my order. Honestly didn't feel welcome at all. While my food was being prepared, I stepped away to the restroom to wash my hands. Had the slightest idea my order number was called. Came back and stood waiting on my food for another 5 mins, meanwhile, food sat on the counter and no neither one of the 5 staff said anything about my food was ready. I asked for, " fresh fries" just to get the same fries. I had to ask them to drop me some fresh fries AGAIN for a second time after I had asked for fresh fries from the start. They claim to be ServeSafe. However, when you are ServeSafe certified you have knowledge of all safety procedures. These procedures include washing hands once an hour and changing gloves. The employee stated out loud there are no gloves to put on o well I will make it anyway. Then the Manager states the store is ServeSafe certified which makes me believe that none of the other employees including that Manager is not certified. They take no pride in the store and seem to not care about spreading germs such as Covid 19. Therefore, I will not be returning to this location until problems are fixed. My bf stated he saw black mold and blood in the bathroom. Among other health code violations. read more

Ice cream review only! I'm not a big fast food fan, so I only get ice cream here. All of the trendy ice cream places (Marble Slab, Yum Yo's) are yes delicious but they break the bank if you are taking anyone with you. Sometimes you just want to get regular ice cream cone, sundae or shake without a lot of fanfare. This is just the place for you. The ice cream tastes great, has all of the traditional flavors, The prices are very reasonable. You can go in with your flip flops on wet from the pool and you would still fit right in. The place is nothing fancy, just booths so you can sit down and enjoy your treat. I travel all over Northwest Arkansas and the Springdale Braums across from Lowes, the Braums by Northwest health in Springdale, the Bentonville Braums by the bypass and the Bentonville Braums on north Walton ALL HAPPILY warm my breakfast burritos up on the grill instead of the MICROWAVE. The female manager I spoke with on 6/22/20 at 10:20 am said they could not do this because they had rules to follow! Wow! Great selection of 'comfort' burgers at a great price, their frozen treats aren't bad either! I like that I can shop for odds and ends food-wise while I'm there as well. I am only reviewing the dining experience me and my family had here. We were in a rush running around near here so decided to stop in for a quick bite. Regret every bit of that idea. Had the basics Burgers, Chicken Strips and fries... The food was lukewarm, and overcooked. But the worst part was how disgusting the dining area was. It hadn't been cleaned it seemed all day. Experience last night, first and only time here: inexperienced cashier holding up the line, no one helping him, customers not able to order due to other customers waiting to pay, once you do get to pay there was a dirty disgusting dish rag sitting on the dirty disgusting counter, all napkin dispensers were empty, no employees were concerned about any of it.
