    The spread at the park!
    Anna B.

We stopped here for some pastries on the way to the park, and thought the pastries were so good! They have great classics, and also some great more fancy or creative items. It's an unassuming space- I can't speak to the service since my husband ran inside to order, but I'd definitely go back!

    Orange Creamsicle cheesecake

My partner picked this up and brought it home for me since he was hanging out with friends near here. I asked him to get me a butter croissant as well (that's my base for judging bakeries) and the croissant was alright. It wasn't super flakes and it was kind of dense. The Orange Creamsicle cheesecake was DELICIOUS. I'm a sucker for orange creamsicle. It's one of those nostalgic flavors for me (looking at you flintstones orange push pops). To be honestly the chocolate on the sides weirded me out cause I'm not a chocolate/fruit combo person. But honestly you don't even taste it. It just adds a nice crisp to the bite. My only "complaint" is the Graham cracker crust was kinda soft. You can't really distinguish it from the rest of the cheesecake. But I loved how it wasn't overly sweet and you don't get sick of the texture. I kept going back for more. Probably one if the best cheesecakes I've had in quite some time honestly and makes me want to try to recreate it myself or go back to this bakery JUST for this. I think it was around $7 which isn't too bad! It's just far out of our way

    Sausage and cheddar quiche

Came here because they had quiche. It was underwhelming to say the least. $8 and was something you could quite easily make at home. Crust was lacking and the texture of the quiche was not it. I prefer Detour bakery's quiche much much more. Very disappointing especially for the price!!!

Still love this place. Great pastry. This time I got a cherry and cheese danish that I'm super excited about. One of these days I'll make it in for lunch. They have some great looking options.

Wow! What amazing pastries! This is an exceptional bakery with great bread and sweets. They also serve a great Americano. Outdoor seating when weather allows.

    Chile Rellenaux.

Chili Relleneux. Yeah, that's not misspelled? It's an excellent fusion of French and Mexican. The pastries are some of the best you will find this side of the Atlantic--so many croissants are either doughy or down right crumbly but these strike an excellent balance. Vibe is solid and cutesy French but it's a working bakery.

Great pastries! We come here every weekend for their cheese danish. Their cinnamon roll and guava cream cheese croissant are also outstanding. Quick service and no frill indoor and outdoor dinning area.

    Either or?
 No.
 Both.

Simply one of the best bakeries in the Denver metro area. They used to be in Denver proper but years ago they moved down south on Broadway. The drive, however, is worth it. A neat busy place with only about 20 indoor table seats, but a well heated patio allows some flexibility on crowded days like today's 50+ degree winter weekend at brunch-time. Couldn't decide between their ham and cheese croissant or their cheddar jalapeno quiche, so like a good over-privileged American consumer...I bought them both. The croissant won because at heart I can't bring myself to appreciate a quiche made with cheddar cheese so it really never had a chance. Stop on by when you wanna put on a pound or two. Overall good but wasn't blown away. Went later in the day and even though a lot of stuff was gone we were able to get the Chile relleno croissant which was amazing and unique. We also got a baguette which I found was too crumbly. Overall decent bakery but I didn't feel like it was an authentic French bakery. Service was nice.

Stopped into this bakery in a strip mall off of Broadway. There was a patio where people were sitting and enjoying coffee and pastries, and plenty of seating inside. The pastries were priced well and baked fresh daily. Highly recommend!

Great selections of food, service is excellent. I changed my mind while ordering but he is reheating my order already but said no problem and took my new order. Small space but there's an outdoor area to enjoy.

One word for this local gem: WOW! Honestly, coming into…read morethis shop blew my mind. Every item from the cakes to the pastries and cookies to the matcha and espresso drinks were stunning. Just gorgeous products everywhere. I went on a weekday at 2pm so didn't know what kind of inventory they'd have, but they had everything I'd possibly want. They had cake slices, full cakes, and all kinds of goodies available. I have no idea why I haven't been here since they're a short 5-minute drive from my house. But now that I know how amazing they are, it's going to be dangerous! I had heard that their spring fling cake was their "flagship" item, so I went in planning to try a slice of that and then I saw they had a full coffee/matcha/chai bar. So I also ordered an iced matcha latte unsweetened (LOVE that their matcha is quality and not pre-sweetened mix) with a toasted marshmallow cold foam. All I can say is that if you're going to the Starbucks across the street, do yourself a favor and come here instead. My drink was perfectly made and I got to support a local shop. In addition to my cake slice and matcha, I also couldn't resist getting a jumbo pumpkin chocolate chip cookie. It was moist, absolutely massive, and had a great balance of the pumpkin and dark chocolate, which is my fave. No over the top sugary sweet taste, just a well-balanced fall treat. Now, the spring fling cake I'm sure you've been waiting to hear about: Divine! And hot dang, are those slices massive! You are getting every penny worth of money you spend here. It blew my mind that for all three items I got, my total was $20. The cake slice was so big, in my opinion one slice could easily be split between three people. It'll likely take me and my husband a solid couple days to make our way through it. And once again, the flavor was balanced with fresh fruit, a nice tart cream cheese tasting frosting, and not the kind of sugary cake that will give you an instant sugar headache. This cake is what dreams are made of. I haven't even mentioned how good the service here was. The girl at the register was SO sweet answering all my questions as a first time customer. They had a line when I got there and they got to everyone super quick. I loved my experience here so much that I plan to go back this weekend for a full cake! Plus, I've already told my family about this bakery so it can be our new go-to for party treats when we need them! Do yourself a favor and do NOT skip this spot. If you're craving a special treat, need a cake or cookies for a party, or just want your daily caffeine fix: absolutely go to Eternal Flavors!

We've dined inside before, but yesterday we stopped in to pick up pastries and were reminded why this is one of our favorite bakeries in Denver. We grabbed an éclair, a blueberry muffin, and two ham and Swiss croissants. Every single thing was outstanding. The croissants are incredibly flaky and buttery with the perfect ratio of ham and Swiss, the blueberry muffin was moist without being overly sweet, and the éclair disappeared embarrassingly fast. We always have every intention of taking pictures... and then we take one bite and completely forget. That's probably the best compliment we can give. We loved sitting inside, which is intimate, cozy but still roomy. We are looking forward to sitting outside in their patio space. Staff are also exceptional!

The place was modest and quirky, with a random small chandelier adorning this bakery. Families, groups of friends, and cyclists were in the mix of patrons on a Saturday morning. All servers were very friendly, helpful with dish descriptions, and fast! The ham and cheese croissant and a shared cinnamon bun was in the cards. The pastry was flakey, buttery, and very tasty. The sesame, roasted onion and garlic sprinkled on top of the pastry was delightful. The warm cheese and ham inside were also good. The cinnamon bun was a nice mix of croissant and cinnamon bun; also flaky and buttery. I am guessing flakey, soft, and buttery is their signature! One minor thing, that coffee was not good, but the food made up for it. Overall, this was a very nice place that got us interested in all the pastries with that buttery flavor. For sure a recommend for visitors and locals.

no but like we're OBSESSED…read more my friends and i are always on the hunt for the next sweet treat. we were sitting on the couch and GSTC popped up on my feed. we immediately got in the car and made the trip. this shop is tucked away right off downing with plenty of street parking and seating outside. they sell ice cream in two sizes, mini, or pint. there are standard flavors and seasonal flavors. they also have a wide variety of brownie/blondie cups, cake cups which are essentially mini ice cream cakes, ice cream cake pops, popsicles, ice cream sandwiches, etc. the hardest part was choosing what to get because EVERYTHING looks delightful. we ended up ordering a bunch of minis to share. avalanche affogato - one of the best coffee ice creams i have ever tasted. fabulous texture. bristle cone - malted vanilla, salted caramel, candied waffle cone pieces, chocolate chips. yum! lemon curd raspberry - lemon curd ice cream with raspberry jam. this was SO refreshing but still rich like ice cream should be. need more of this. smoked vanilla honeycomb - smoked ice cream with golden honey toffee. it's like perfectly crunchy honeycomb and melty toffee went to a campfire. my personal fave. cannoli - self explanatory. pieces of cannoli / chocolate chips. well done. and then we also got a caramel cornflake blondie. we waited until we got home so that the blondie softened up a little. it was a blondie base, caramel ice cream, caramel syrup, crunchy cornflakes, and whipped cream. i will probably dream about this sundae tonight. we did not have a single bite of ice cream that we weren't absolutely thrilled about. finally a place that mixes in enough toppings!! amazing flavors. amazing textures. amazing service. we will absolutely be making the drive down again soon. mainly because i NEED to try every flavor. i didn't find the pricing to be bad for the quality either! minis were $4.50 and loaded. heads up that it is not a scoop shop and they don't do samples. everything is pre-packaged. only one small standing table inside. super tiny tables out front + large table setup out back. what a treat this was.
