But I was curious about the name. I looked it up and Piu means in Italian more or extra. That's a fitting description of the gelato here -- which is beyond all expectations and absolutely delicious. I've always known that there is less fat and calories in gelato than in ice cream. But even if that were not true, I wouldn't care. This gelato is so creamy and rich; it's the definition of sinful.
