I visited over a dozen dentists over these last few years. Periodontists, prosthodontists, endodontists, orthodontists, and general dentists. Yeah...your boy needed some work! :) Mission City Orthodontics was my third consultation, and the final one for me and moreover, once I met with Dr. Babayan, I instantly knew this would be the doctor to do my braces! I picked an outstanding team to assist in procuring a desirable smile. It is refreshing to be serviced by a group of dental experts who are polite, caring, courteous, and empathetic. It is ASTONISHING when that same team is equally as TALENTED with the task at hand. This is what you will find at Mission City Orthodontics. A good number of the staff, and the doctor himself have had braces. So you know they can connect with your needs. They offer regular braces and Invisalign. My intense crowding called for the old school. In preparation for this review, I went over the treatment plan and the projected amount of time needed. Man, seriously just now hitting home...what a deal I got! VERY flexible, reasonable payment plans are available. The office has tons of onsite and street parking and I never had an issue finding a spot. The waiting area is very welcoming, comfortable, and lined with entertainment of all kinds for all interests to keep your busy mind busy. Although, you hardly ever wait as the business is run soooo efficiently. Mission City Orthodontics is the crown jewel of dental journeys. The receptionists are sweet professionals and it is impressive to watch them effortlessly dispatch a high volume of foot and telephone traffic. The office is quite large and ELEGANTLY designed to flow you through the process of your visit. Interior designer was clever in lining each comfy dental chair with a rendition of a beautiful city of the world. I would dream of a vacation on each seat as the team worked on my teeth. I can validate every point in the "about the business" section on Yelp. The building is equipped with the latest technology and operated by skilled, gentle technicians, dental hygienists, and friendly staff. I've interacted with every single person there and nearly two years later, I can honestly say that it continues to be a phenomenal experience. No personalities or egos here. Everyone here has a task to do and they execute eloquently. The great minds here have come up with suitable literature to keep you motivated, encouraged, and actively involved with the treatment process. The couple of times I had an emergency, the office did their best to get me in quickly, so as not to jeopardize my progress. How exceedingly satisfying to have a dental office consistently prove that your progress is the priority. Dr. Babayan was involved in every step from start to finish. I won't go into the specifics of my dental plan. It involved numerous stages and crowds of dentists. Dr. Babayan went above and beyond to ensure my treatment went through smoothly. The alignment is exemplary. I immensely appreciate the extra time, care, and attention given to me. The doctor reminds me of a great conductor. The staff, his orchestra. Your teeth, their music. Dr Vossoughi , is a wonderful orthodontist Professional, kind and friendly . His staff is the greatest always greeting people and making appointments and even walkings available same day when we needed an adjustment on our braces . My son of 15 lost his retainers 5 times in 18 months True story ! Retainers are expensive! Other locations I went to charged $600 to $800 dls . Dr V , and his staff took care of us every single time. They text you a few days before any upcoming appointments. If you have any broken brackets that need to get replaced, they take you right away. The monthly appointments are no more than 30 minutes. Which is great for someone like me who is always in a rush. The office is open from Monday-Friday. The only downside is there not open on Saturday's. They also have monthly payment options, which is great if your on a budget. They take insurances. Each chair in the back has their own TV, which can be relaxing to watch while one of the girls works on you. The staff & enironment is what makes me want to get another set of braces. This is an excellent practice with high quality and high integrity. I am very fortunate to have found this place. I highly recommend them!

NIGHTMARE Not professional at all. I went there for an assessment of a bridge cement which I…read morecompletely understand was broken badly, and the only solution was to put an implant, although as it was my birthday I needed a temporary solution they said come tomorrow we will do a cement 500 bucks it might last a few months maybe couple of years I arrived was numbed I asked for NO epinephrine anesthetics and after literally begging them they said ok. Because I get heart palpitations. They don't care. After being pinched and numbed the doctor said no we can't cement it, there is not enough structure to hold it. I responded I knew that but you said you can do it. Then they said we will cement it but it will now 900 hundred, out of desperation I said ok. Doctor Yamane got in and said it might not last? Maybe just a few days I even accepted it but....he wanted to work without my permission anesthesia with epinephrine when I clearly said NO so after that he did not want to do the job. His assistant was blaming me, when they literally wasted my time. They had me 3 days going without a clear understanding of how to do a good jib? Finally they said that they were hungry and the doctor has to go because he has a heart problem. A NIGHTMARE
