We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. We were charged $145 and hour + the price of supplies. It was worth every cent to know that everything was done properly this time around.

I'm sure there are more plumbing problems in our house that haven't been revealed yet. Our GC (who was awesome) fired them in the middle of the job and replaced them with StraightEdge Plumbing. Initial promises are deceitfully simplistic, only to be arbitrarily amended once the fifty percent deposit is paid before the work begins. Look at your proposal and agreement closely because they intentionally leave out details they previously claim will be included in the price. There is no benefit to being loyal to this company and no price break for being a long time customer. I would rather drown in my house than call this company to fix a leak.
