This man came at 930 at night--when most people would've already been home in bed, and said I'm going to keep my word and I told you I would come so if it's still okay and not too late I'm 10 mins away.... He showed up; Diagnosed everything, gave us a temp fix overnight, sent me a quote (since we needed a new system), then called me the next morning to tell me he found the equipment for slightly less and got me an even lower price! And is replacing the unit the next day. Wow... aside from being super professional, he was honest and very knowledgeable. I had two other quotes done out of due diligence (which I do for every big job or contract work), and he also gave us the best pricing. So I would highly, highly recommend John and his company. I understand that this is a very busy season but not a call or email for just an appointment is not good. I do not understand why some companies even offer the option to fill in for a request on their web site. I filled out three other requests and with a day they provided me with an appointment. It's a shame because I liked the puppy sitting with the owner! Update on 07/1 I called again and this time I spoke with Christian who set up an appointment for 7/03 between 1-3pm.
