Hamptons Air Heating and Air Conditioning are easily the best HVAC technicians I have ever had work at my house. Our boiler was starting to deteriorate badly. We called Hamptons Air on a Friday, and by the following Thursday had our new furnace installed. When we called we spoke with not one but two of the owners, and they spend an extended period of time on the phone with us walking through our options. This was all happening during coronavirus quarantine, and we didn't want to have extra people in our house if we didn't have to, so Junior and Frank answered any and all questions that we had, and were immediately available for follow up questions in the days after. There was no hard sell, only black and white statements of the issues and a thorough explanation of every step of the work. The install was finished in one day, which included removal of the old boiler and installation of the new boiler. The whole crew was professional and took extreme care to observe CDC social distancing guidelines. We were concerned ahead of time about actually getting the boiler fixed because we were worried about the coronavirus, but the meticulous care shown by Hamptons Air from the very beginning put our minds at ease. The work was phenomenal, thorough, clean, and professional. All of the technicians were courteous and friendly. Junior, one of the owners of Hampton Air, was on the job all day, and Milton, another of the techs, gave a lengthy and detailed explanation of all of the work they had done. The work was very neat, and though I am not a plumber, to the layman's eye the pipe work and the rest of the installation were completed with precision and cleanliness. A word about the price. We shopped around before going with Hamptons Air (we ultimately went with them because of the amazing personal service provided by the owners). There were a number of prices that came in hundreds if not thousands of dollars higher. There were also a couple of quotes from some of the larger HVAC companies that were somewhat lower, but honestly, not that much lower. I think that while you might get a marginally better price from the bigger companies, you will definitely not get the attention to detail and responsiveness of service that Hamptons Air gave to us. In the space of two days we had not one but two of the company owners at our house prepping and executing the job. The price Hamptons Air gave us was very competitive, and I believe every single penny was well spent. I have had a problem with my heat for a long time. I've had at least three other service people here in the 11 years I've lived here and no one could fix it. Jesus and Joe did a spectacular job. They got to the bottom of the problem and fixed it, and explained everything to me. They were very thorough in checking things out. They were so nice and polite too. I figured it was going to cost me about $1000 and it was less than 300 so I was delighted. Plus the girl in the office, I think her name is Dawn, is so polite, friendly, and patient and really tries to help you when you call. I highly recommend Hampton's Air. read more

We needed a/c for the first time at our small house in the Hamptons. We met with three firms and selected Hamptons Air, which had been recommended by our neighbors. The installed a Mitsubishi split system, and it has been great. Hamptons Air was also great, from beginning to end. They patiently explained things and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. At one point we asked them to relocate some piping that they had installed in a location that we didn't like (for pretty minor aesthetic reasons), and they did it without protest or complaint. My experience with HAAC has been exceptional. The coordinators are diligent about scheduling and follow-up - almost to becoming annoying. This last visit got me a bit tired as the technician arrived over an hour after the two-hour window reserve. In the end, he did an extremely thorough check-up with photos at every step and took his time at every step. After several unpleasant experiences with other companies, I'm very happy with HAAC and would gladly recommend them to any customer. read more

Maynor and his install team were very professional. Courteous and very knowledgeable, very diligent. Maynor made sure that the work site was clean when the install was completed.
