The entire process took about 3 hours. She first straightened my hair, brushed out all the knots, then trimmed my hair a couple of inches. When she painted my hair, I could tell that she has a lot of experience. Everything felt very natural. The coloring process takes about 15min. We washed the dye and then she dyed my hair overall to turn it into a natural look I wanted. In the end, I appreciated that she asked me how I felt about the hair and she cut more layers to achieve the perfect look! I would definitely recommend her. I also saw pictures of her resin geode paintings and they looked so amazing! They are definitely one of a kind, and she is so talented in the art and beauty business. I called to help my really good friend find a good salon, since my friend wasn't having much luck (most salons were snobbish and hung up on her regarding perms for long hair). I called and spoke with Kristen, explaining that my friend has not been to a hair salon before and what she was looking for. Kristen was so easy to connect with and answered all my questions, relaying helpful information I passed along to my friend. I got amazing friendly vibes from her so I instantly knew this was the perfect place! My friend went in and they already knew who she was, which gave her so much comfort and relief. She has a consultation with Stephanie, who tested my friend's hair and gave her feedback she found extremely helpful to help her hair repair and when it was best to get a perm. I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later.
