After discovering Elissa's at a fair a few years ago, I started tracking their pop-up spots every summer weekend, schlepping all over the city for these modestly priced statement necklaces, delicate chandelier earrings, and large variety of expensive-looking bracelets that even fit my baby wrists. I love their selection of earring/necklace sets (usually around $20-25, as I seem to always waste valuable time in the early a.m. trying to coordinate jewelry before work. My searching and schlepping have fortunately subsided thanks to the opening of Elissa's awesome little boutique in the heart of the Village on Washington Place, right off 6th Ave next to Joy Burger. Owned by the cutest couple on the planet, you'll want to give this little place business, even if you're crazy and don't like the creative assortment of jewelry and accessories they carry that won't go close to breaking the bank. Check it out, and try to walk out without buying something! Note: they close at 6 p.m., so if you're a workin' woman like me, swing by on a weekend, but call first - they may be closed if the weather is bad, it's a holiday, etc.
