My sons loved the short ribs for their first time. We were always weary about the bones but it slid right off. I have been here a handful of times to enjoy their KBBQ. Overall it's a solid place to eat Korean BBQ, but if you're familiar with OG Korean BBQ it's not the same. It's a modernized American version where you can grill taco meat and other items. We came in recently on Easter to celebrate a birthday. The place wasn't packed, but there were large parties coming in after us. We stuck with the regular AYCE and were fine with the galbi and other meats. The soondubu (spicy tofu) soup was lacking flavor. It had the spicy flavor. All I tasted was the chili pepper. All the meats were good. The only downside this visit was the service. Our server kept forgetting a few of the items we asked for. It wasn't terrible, but it did slow things down for us. To be fair, he might have been juggling a lot of tables. There weren't too many people dining inside at the time. 2 parties were ahead of us and at the last maybe 10 minutes of waiting, they pulled out the QR waitlist code stand so people can know they need to scan it and add their names to the wait list. When we arrived we weren't greeted by anyone just a half empty restaurant with no one seating us, it took a very long time for us to be seated. I ordered their Premium Dinner because the options looked good and to no surprise, they were! I tried all the Premium options, except for the build your own ramen. The Premium Wagyu and Premium Marbling Center Cut Marinated Short Rib were my top favorites. The Premium Rib-Eye Steak wasn't available, but I had their Skirt Steak instead which tasted great. I highly suggest pairing it with their rice paper. Overall, it was a good dinner experience despite not having all options available from the Premium menu. We went here for lunch yesterday. This restaurant is within a very large shopping area along with Target in Pflugerville. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted promptly and see it at a very nice table. This is a great place for a celebration. In the middle of the table is a cooking area. People are served raw food and they cook it themselves. Lots of sauces and sides are provided for dipping and garnishing. We got steaks and shrimps and fish and vegetables and white rice. The service was prompt, informative, and adequate. The restaurant was very clean. The energy in the restaurant was happy. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because for people who cannot have sugar, there is very limited accommodations. Cooking the raw food with no sauce is not palatable in my opinion. The only sauce they had that did not have sugar was sesame oil. I actually left the restaurant and went to Target , bought myself some sauce and came back to eat my lunch. The vegetables were good and they came with some fresh pineapple. I did enjoy those with no sauce, I actually didn't even cook them. I love them raw. For someone with zero food issues, this is a wonderful restaurant and a great place to celebrate. With people with any food conditions, make sure to call first. There's only one cooking element so if somebody is sensitive to something, their food all has to be cooked first and can't be cooked with the others, which is another awkward situation. The I-35 location has always been hit or miss for me: service is super slow, and the customer service never really meets my expectations. The options are endless ranging from marinated steak, bulgogi, shrimps, chicken, premium brisket, and so much more! My favorite was the brisket and the Hawaii steak. The Chadol (brisket) is sliced super thin and is a super fast cook. It just melts in your mouth! The Hawaiian steak is marinated in a sweet but savory sauce and is so tender! We did the all you can eat dinner option for about $30 per person (add $20 if you want premium options). They have a good selection (41 items). I do not eat pork but I still felt like they had good options. I'm a fan of the bbq beef ribs and the bulgogi beef (must try) but I could have done without the Cajun chicken and the Korean fried chicken. None of us really cared for the chicken. The place is pretty new. Very clean and well kept. Dim lights which brings a nice vibe. First off there is no Wi-Fi. And it's hard to get online once inside. Upon checking in, they have is a QR code device to get on waitlist. Well I normally would give this place 5 stars but I also don't come usually on a Friday at 6:30pm! It was packed and my friend and I were sat in the far back. I don't recommend being seated at the back as they tend to forget you are there. They ran out of Galbi so I suggest coming in on Tuesdays if you like Galbi cause they told me their meats come in on Mondays so they won't be running out of Galbi then... otherwise it was alright...I think we had a server who was new so he was flustered having to deal with a lot of people all at once... and he was barely keeping up... poor thing... otherwise good food as usual. read more

Came here with the pickleball crew after a tournament. We came prepared with the some $100 for $80 gift cards from Costco. We came for dinner, but the lunch for $20 is a great deal since most of the meats I like are on the list. Galbi isn't there, but the marinated beef finger short ribs are a good enough substitute. I can't say this is my favorite KBBQ place, but it's the best so far in Austin and it's still pretty solid. The go-to meats I typically get are the galbi, spicy pork rib, beef belly, pork cheek, pork belly, ox intestine, and calamari steak. there's a premium menu option for another $20, but the regular is more than enough. They do bring out banchan and you can get the sliced pickled radishes and rice to go with the meats. The radishes are a very refreshing contrast to all the meat. You can only order 3-4 meats at a time and they come in small portions on a plate. With 5 people eating per grill, we killed the meat pretty quick so I wish they could bring out larger portions at a time because it takes a while to get more meats. You need to get your server's attention, then they put in the order, then you have to wait for the meats to come out. Overall, great vibes and friendly service. Def give the hotteok (sweet korean pancakes) a try at the end of your meal. They come out hot and are a great end to the meal. read more
