I told her my style and what I was looking for and she immediately found me a vintage handbag with a 50s vibe. It was 50% off and in flawless condition. Then she showed me some jewelry. This is just about the only place I buy shoes and always make a stop here when I'm in town to see if they have anything I can't live without. Most recently I visited to buy a new pilot's bag. The crew was friendly and efficient. It was easy to find what I needed and the store was clean and organized. It doesn't always seem to have as much merchandise as other Nordstrom Rack stores I've been to, but it's worth a stop.

I thought it was a new chain store until she told me it has been around at least since the 80s. I guess there's a reason they've lasted this long! The fast fashion is a bit like that of Forever 21 but the price points are a smidge higher. I had not tried anything on in this store before and so this time brought several items to the fitting room. I decided on a couple of items, one of which I was looking for another color. One of the floor associates asked me if I needed any help and when I showed her what I was looking for, she went and grabbed exactly what I wanted and brought it over to me. I had just ordered a dress online in my size, it came WAY too small I couldn't even get it over my head - so I took my dress back in store to exchange / return it. I had the packaging, receipt and tags with dress being in perfect condition. The manager refused to accept my dress back because the tag was not attached anymore. I've never been to a store where they don't accept returns when you have receipt and/or (unattached) tags still. Very disappointing!
