They have worked on my HVAC units repair and maintenance along with plumbing. My most recent was a repair to a flexible water supply line to a water heater that failed causing water damage. I was without water entirely to the whole house, so no flushing or washing hands, etc. I contacted MCS first thing in the morning and by noon that day Clarence (plumber) had fixed the problem. Clarence quickly evaluated the problem and offered a few solutions explaining the differences (cost, maintenance, expected longevity...) also identified the year of the water heater and its expected life span. In under two hours he had finished the job and explained everything he had completed including an extra shutoff valve I asked for mid service. Gave a day and rough time that they would be arriving to fix the part, again did not show up on time. Had to call for an update after missing work to be home for it to be fixed. Claimed again that the part had not arrived and that it would again possibly be another day before they could come out to fix it. Extremely unprofessional with no phone calls for updates or showing up when they stated that they would be there to fix the issue.
