They have worked on my HVAC units repair and maintenance along with plumbing. My most recent was a repair to a flexible water supply line to a water heater that failed causing water damage. I was without water entirely to the whole house, so no flushing or washing hands, etc. I contacted MCS first thing in the morning and by noon that day Clarence (plumber) had fixed the problem. Clarence quickly evaluated the problem and offered a few solutions explaining the differences (cost, maintenance, expected longevity...) also identified the year of the water heater and its expected life span. In under two hours he had finished the job and explained everything he had completed including an extra shutoff valve I asked for mid service. Clarence was quick, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, patient with questions, clean and very kind. I recommend MCS to all my friends

I was called at the end of Monday and told they were held up at another job but it would be tomorrow. I called the next day they were still on the other job, they finally called back only to tell me they took all day at the other job and if they come now after I've waited 2 days I'll be charged extra because it's later in the day. How does waiting 2 days only to pay 50% more equate? I was also told at the end of the second day that they would 100% not use the camera first, that is a last resort even though I already agreed to pay for it upfront. It sounds they just like running up the clock. I asked dispatch if they could put me in contact with another service if they knew of one after all this trouble and she told me absolutely not. So I asked what time they will be here and she still had no idea.
