I was told he saw a chewed wiring harness - under the intake. He didn't remove the intake to see it. Probably never opened the hood. He also told me the VSC light flashing, the traction control light on, the code for a knock sensor, wheel sensor and engine management are codes that Toyota "sends" so you'll come into the dealership.
