They broke the clips on the bumper so there was a noticeable gap on the passenger side grill and agreed to put another on there. I've dropped the vehicle off twice supposedly they ordered a new bumper from Weber Chevrolet which they got from the junk park they the same existing bumper on and put a dirty ass bumper on my back seat which is white instead of putting in the trunk. I still have the exact gap in my bumper. This is the worst place you can ever take your vehicle I wouldn't recommend no one the there this definitely a 1 star place

When I went to pick my vehicle up I specifically asked the office Manager were all the damaged part replaced with NEW parts & Office Mngr replied " YES, of course"...we walked out onto the repair lot I inspected my vehicle & found 7 areas that were very unprofessionally repaired & 3 parts were old/ reused or improperly installed parts. The Off. Manager agreed my findings were valid/ terrible & should have been new & professionally applied. However, he said the body shop manager & he himself looked over the vehicle before calling me for pick & to pay my insurance deductible. Sadly neither guy did the final inspection or felt the shotty job done would be acceptable to me. I asked the off. manager, are SURE you & the body shop manager looked at my vehicle? He said yes before your arrival but I see he missed alot of details that need attention. I was informed to take the vehicle the Body Shop Mngr will call me to bring my vehicle BACK. I took the vehicle back nearly two weeks later because I left town on business & they didn't have an open appt b4 I left town. Now....its going on another 2 weeks my vehicle has been back in their body shop. The loaner car they provided is old has no USB charging port, no Bluetooth for hands free while driving, the drivers door I have to kick open from the inside because it sticks badly & the tires are so worn the car slips & slides going 35-40 mph. I'm praying they'll rent me a much more safe car from Enterprise Leasing. This has been a terrible experience. SMH!

It was amazing how this dynamic duo was able to get me into a brand new 2018 Jeep with payments only $100 more than my old vehicles loan, which was a 2014 Dodge Journey, and work d with me on the title resolution which was in both mine and the ex husbands name!! If you are an average hard working person with a few things in your credit report (like hospital bills) and you have stable employment......call these two and watch how they work miracles for you!!

I would not recommend or trust this shop…read more I have a 2013 Town and Country and love this van. It's easy to work on and reliable. I do most of the work myself, including replacing the suspension front and back, spark plugs, oil changes, etc. I needed a coolant flush, and since I live right behind this dealership, I made an appointment. I could have done the flush myself, but I suspected a leak and needed a pressure test to confirm it, which I couldn't do at home. I brought the van in, informed them of the mileage (about 315,000 miles), and mentioned that I personally maintain the vehicle and stay on top of everything. Tanner checked the mileage and sent me on my way without any issues. A few hours later, I received a call saying, "Hey, there are too many miles on the vehicle; we are refusing to work on it." This was odd, as the mileage wasn't a problem earlier. I thought they might give me a specific reason when I arrived. However, to my shock, they didn't provide a better reason. Instead, they said, "They didn't want to do it because other problems may arise." Isn't that the point of taking your car in for service? If another problem arises, we diagnose and fix it. It's very odd for a service shop not to want to do what they are genuinely there to do, especially on a Chrysler vehicle. I hear that the parent company doesn't like it when dealerships refuse to work on their vehicles without a valid reason.

I had built it the way I liked it, I had adventures in it, and I'd driven all over the country. Loved it. Back story, I had an Eaton Trutrac installed while living in El Paso, when I moved here it failed catastrophically. I took it to Danmark and they showed me that the part wasn't torqued or anything, it was just bouncing around in there. It also took out my ring and pinion. I ordered the parts and they put them in for me at a reasonable price. During that work, they confirmed my axle shafts and bearings were not affected. Shortly after installation we drove to Maryland. I had noticed a little dragging thunk noise around turns, specifically accelerating out of them. I brought it back to Danmark and they told me it was my axle bearings, which had been fine a few months prior. I bought the parts and had them install them. I guess they don't test drive because it was still clunking around turns when I took it home. I called Eaton and they told me the trutrac is kinda noisy so I cautiously moved on. Fast forward a few months and I haven't driven it much but the clunking had gotten so bad it felt like the whole back end was shifting with the clunk and it was nearly undriveable. In tears I got underneath determined to try and find out what it was and within minutes, I found that the track bar was not torqued down at all, in fact it was completely loose. So essentially, I would turn and my axle housing tried to stay straight. I told them this and I got "oh sorry. He's usually good about that stuff", never once offered to take a look or make anything right. Meanwhile, I know the problems that can occur from that loose track bar. It probably prematurely wore out my axle bearings, and I have no idea what damage was done to the brand new diff. I lost ALL confidence and trust in my jeep. I was terrified that something would go wrong. The shop had also done work on my engine, now I'm worried that wasn't done right. My husband did an oil change after them and they had rounded out my drain plug and torqued it on so tight that he needed a special tool to get it off. I gave up my Jeep today because Danmark destroyed my confidence in it. Every little noise, I swear it's driving worse since they did the work, clatters from hood after the engine work. I don't trust anything they did and that distrust lost me a rig that I built exactly the way I wanted it. I was going to keep it forever because I took amazing care of it. Not one spot of rust, not one missed service.
