The sensor kept coming back on and Greg had purchased a battery operated tire pump and filled it up several times. Plaza said they could look at it that day and a few hours later George received a call the car was ready. When we arrived they said, "no charge" and asked how George had been inflating the tires. Evidently he and Greg failed to measure the tire pressure and just guessed it needed more air and had overinflated one of the tires to double what it was rated at. Needless to say George was thrilled that was the problem. These guys could have taken advantage of the situation and even told me this happens fairly often. Anyway, they got my business that day. Prices are comparable to other places maybe a dollar or 2 cheaper than other places I have viewed. They were also able to get me in relatively soon. Ended up getting a free alignment because the guy wasnt there for the brake fluid flush. Listen, ive been trying to get a break fluid flush for some time and this location put me down for 8am today. Now I gota go somewhere else. Cons: Apparently the technician didn't show up because their vehicle wasnt working. If they knew that someone wasnt there at the scheduled appointment time then why take my car back? Follow up: Came in next day to get alignment fixed because my steering wheel was slightly turned to the right. When I would position my wheel straight it would have me going to the left very much instead of straight. I had to come back up here and get that addressed. This probably would not have been an issue for someone who drives enough to replace tires every 5 years. Great to see the company stand behind their product and service. Bought a set of new tires from Andy Wurm in November 2015. I don't put a ton of miles on my vehicle. Tons of tread left on them. But I noticed that one of the tires developed a slow leak, so I took it to my local service station (I moved to Florida after buying the tires). Turns out 2 of the tires they sold me were made in 2011. So they were 4 years old when they sold them to me. That's roughly half the recommended life for a set of tires. So now I'm having to replace all of these tires 4 years sooner than I should have. No point in saying I'd never shop there again - as I live out of state. But really disappointed.

I was a little shocked at the price of an oil change on my vehicle ($150+) but because I had waited so long, that's on me. The waiting area is nice and comfortable, with clean restrooms. After my service was complete, they brought out my paperwork. According to them, my passenger axle was "busted", I needed all new tires and all new brakes. I just paid for my oil change and told them I would have my regular mechanic check everything out. When I went to check my paperwork, I noticed they had charged me for someone else's service! My regular mechanic also just replaced my brakes two months prior to this, rotated my tires and examined the tread, and then checked the supposed busted axle and found all of them to be fine and in working order. I'm not saying I wouldn't go back if I needed too, because the staff was friendly and respectful, but it is not going to become my regular shop.

I had been going to this location…read morefor many, many years and, until the past two years when they seemed to have retention issues with employees, I had received great service/experiences. The first issue was when I contacted them for a specialty service and they quoted me $800. I called three other service stations in the area and received quotes for the same service between $300-$400. The second, and most important, issue I encountered was in Dec. 2025. After doing a lot of research on pricing, rebates, and interest-free options for a new set of tires, they had the best "bang for my buck" and I purchased a set from them in Dec. 2024. I left my car the day before with a note that stated the services needed and that this was to be interest-free and I would be receiving $300 in rebates. I received the rebates, but not the interest-free; which I did not find out until the twelfth month when I went to the credit card website to make sure I had a zero balance. I didn't so I paid it off. But then I thought, "If the transaction amount was under $1,000, I should have only made 10 payments, not 12.". So, I started looking at all of the statements and noticed I had been charged interest monthly. When I called the credit card company on Monday, December 29, 2025, it was stated to me that they were not able to refund the interest of $164.20. However, if I had contacted them after the first month, they would have been able to fix it. I had set the account up with auto payments on my first bill and thought the whole purpose of auto pay was to not have to worry about making payments or checking statements. Also, I did not think it would be necessary to check the statements as it was stated in a note and verbally during checkout this was to be a 12-month interest-free purchase. When I made the first payment, there was no interest. Then, I called and left a message at the store, but nobody returned my call. So, I sent a certified letter to the credit card company with all the information to be reimbursed and they only credited back the last two interest rates totaling $28.43. Seriously?!?! To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I contacted the store again and this time was able to talk to someone. They told me that it was the person who completed my transaction that made the mistake as they have to click the interest-free button. This employee said that he didn't know why the other employee didn't hit the button because he always does. Apparently, this was supposed to make me feel better. It did not. Again, told nothing they could do. I say all of this for 1) to get it off my chest - it really ticks me off to lose $130+ especially when I'm on a budget, 2) if you need any specialty work done, get several quotes, and 3) make the employee show you at the time of checkout that they've done the simplest task ever given to a human being and pressed the interest-free button. I have never once had them try to push anything extra on me or give me the old runaround you get at most car places. They are always polite, respectful, and extremely helpful when explaining any issues you may have and options for a solution. They don't talk to me like I'm a "girl", but at the same time they understand I need car things explained so a typical person can comprehend.
