After having some very bad experiences with contractors during our home remodel, I became extremely cautious about hiring anyone, practically ptsd. Finding someone honest, knowledgeable, and dependable is not easy. From the very first meeting with Sep, I knew I was dealing with someone who actually does this for a living and takes pride in his work. Sep speaks clear English (important very important, native speaker, believe me), took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions patiently, and made thoughtful suggestions that I hadn't even considered (like leaving the border for example, I wanted to leave but he suggested to remove). At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt educated and confident in the decisions we were making. By the end of our first meeting, I trusted him completely. He even suggested to get more quotes but I did not feel a need to. He absolutely impressed me. He is very PERSONAL and has extremely well disposition. He brought samples the fist estimate meeting! Helped me narrow it down, asked questions I even did not think about. I had tree guys giving me estimates but my daughter after meeting Sep said "no no no comparison Mom, he is the guy, the unicorn tells me he is the guy" During the process the crew encountered the problem that stump from the dead tree was not removed even though I paid the other company to remove it! It was not done! Sep immediately reacted found a company, called them and they came within 2 hours to remove the huge dead stump.
