I did find the prices high, if not unexpectedly so in most cases. I did find strange variation in sale items; some were substantial discounts, while in another case I saw a roughly $8 item "on sale" for twenty cents off, which seems bordering on a sort of unethical deception. The selection of produce was not huge but looked nice; this being Knoxville they had more meat than plants it seemed. Various natural and organic brands popped up. I always try to support the local businesses and I got a few things. This does seem to have a co-op structure so locals who really want to be in regularly might consider buying in.

Variety of healthy granolas, grains, and baking items in bulk, too. I was in need of some medication for my gastritis so after seeing that this was one of the few…read moreplaces that carried the product I needed and google showed them open on Sunday, I made the drive. When I arrived there was a sign on the front that said closed Sunday BUT there was a vehicle parked out front so I took a shot and gave a knock on the door. The owner opened up, I asked him to sell me a bottle of my favorite stomach relief, and 10 minutes later I was heading home with a bottle of natural relief in hand. Great service, fair prices, and nice selection, this will be my regular stop for my natural health care products in the future.
