The washing machine stopped working, not locking or dispensing water. I was under the impression I would have to replace it if the repair cost was going to be outrageous. The technician came on Monday morning as agreed, diagnosed the issue, and returned again the very next day to replace the part and do the work as agreed on Monday after the diagnosis. The value of the repair was good since I was concerned I would have to replace the washing machine with a new one. Luckily, that was not necessary. I will definitely be using Hal Fix again in the future and will recommend it to anyone who needs a washing machine repair!
