He said he could be at my house by 9:00. Monday morning. He texted me 20 minutes before arriving. He was professional, clean, communicated well. My problem was easy to diagnose, but not fix, and he was very patient. He was fair with the charges. It is really hard to find anyone so professional and I highly recommend him. Dmitriy was able to come out the next day after our 7 year old LG fridge stopped working. Right away, he figured out it was the compressor that went bad. The compressor was still under warranty, so we just needed to pay for labor. He was great to deal with. He did a fantastic job and was very thorough. He talked me through whether or not it made sense to replace the compressor or get a new refrigerator and I felt no pressure from him to have him repair it. I'm glad we had him repair it.
