They were listed as the Ryobi warranty service center in my area. The store is located in the far east end of Newarks Ironbound neighborhood, almost on the Harrison border. The store is neat and clean and they have a huge selection of power tools, mowers, leaf blowers, snow blowers, generators, and light construction equipment. The wow guys working the desk when I dropped off my blower we're friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman who was there when I picked it up was equally friendly and helpful. The repair was done quickly and the price was reasonable. My only complaint is that I went both times with my infant son. When I went in to drop the leaf blower off, the young man behind the desk was smoking. When I went to pick it up, the older gentleman behind the desk was smoking. I'm not sure if the workplace ban on smoking applies to this small tool repair ship, but as a nonsmoking customer with an infant, I did not find that particularly pleasant. That said, for tool repair I would definitely use them again.

Please beware of this place. (8/18/20). I had an experience this past week, in which I brought my…read morelawnmower to be serviced. The service was for the blades to be sharpened. As I waited in the lobby with my son, the owner comes back to me and says we have a problem. He proceeds to take us back into the back area and he shows me that the shaft was stripped when he tried to takeoff the nut to pull off the blade. I looked at it and I tried not to be angry in front of my son. But I was annoyed on the inside. The problem that I have with this individual or establishment of business is that there was no accountability for what was done to my lawnmower. The owner apologized and told me he was the one that worked on it and that it was nothing that he could do to rectify the situation. He said "This kind of thing happens" and that he's had other lawnmowers that this is happened to before. My other problem with this after I is that after I left I researched YouTube videos. And I found that no one used a power tool to remove the nut off of any lawnmower. They all use the hand socket wrench or torque wrench. I asked the owner before I left to compensate me for this. He told me no, he's not held responsible. My wife called him to ask him to use one of his lawnmowers for the day and he still wants to charge me after breaking my machine. #justlostacustomer

Multiple stores told me they couldn't get a replacement for my brand. A few plumbers quoted me a few hundred to replace to a few thousand to demo tile and install all new. A friend recommended Viking. I went told them my issue they were so nice listened to me explained what I needed and suggested I come back with the cartridge that break this way they didn't sell me something that didn't fit. Well I returned and they had what I needed and it turns out it wasn't some cartridge that no one could get anymore. These guys were honest and instead of thousands it cost me 29 dollars. By the time my husband got there, everything was ready, including the invoice and they helped load it into our vehicle. When we renovated our bathroom, they had the matching tub, toilet & sink. For the shower, they had a temperature and pressure balanced shower fixture that works great! They had many choices for the sink fixture. As a homeowner, advice is paramount, you can waste time and money if you can't get the right product first and best. Angelo helped me out in a major way with my 96 year old house's original trim, saved me hundreds and also most importantly helped me save the day at home when we had to replace moldings and casings for our doors and walls, we wanted to keep it original, and there were many walls that had incorrect trim. Lo and behold Angelo found the exact vintage router bit, set up his table and cut us exact replicas of our home's baseboards and casings and our DIY home renovation has some serious class. Angelo has been amazing with the know how and solid advice for someone who doesn't do this for a living.

Recently the dryer stopped working, we called the store since it was still under the warranty. The woman who runs the store was helpful and offerent to give us a new dryer. Delivery was set up and on day of delivery, the guys told us they're not bringing in, that they weren't told to do that. That information wasn't shared with us prior to delivery, we took the door off so the guys can easily bring it in. The guys that delivered said they have to call the store to ask about it but instead drove off without saying anything. I called the store to speak to the woman and express my frustration. She told us that guys had somewhere else to go and wasn't going to pay for them to bring it inside and install. I didn't ask to install but to bring inside since we werent able to and if they didn't want to install, we could do it. Unfortunately she kept saying no they won't do it, she's not their boss, and can't tell them what to do. It was left outside on a rainy day. I explained my issue with that and i don't think it's good customer service especially since we were sold a dryer that only lasted two months. She then proceeded to get defensive and blamed us for breaking the dryer. That was even more frustrating and I told her that I won't be using her store any further and won't be able to give a good review and she then hung up the phone on me. It's a shame because up until today, they were great. The store was nice, had a good selection of items which even used, looked pretty new. I also need to replace our fridge, stove, microwave but will need to look for another store
