    Nonexistent CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order on 7.17.2024 around 11 p.m. When I paid, I received…read morea message from QUANTUM offering free shipping on an additional order if I attach a new order to an old one. I saw the shipping price anyway, but the attached message said (paraphrasing): "Do not worry. It just looks that way. You will be credited later". I did not get credit, and I called to have this charge removed (that was around 2 pm of 7.18.2024), and was told: "offer was only on either "shipping only" or on "direct only"... I do not remember, but some excuse. They were okay with canceling this additional order. As I was closing my order receipt, I noticed a mistake on my first order. That was on me- I will not lie. So I call again - 5 minutes after the first call. They tell me that they can't change the design. So this is the first issue on order #1: I was able to cancel order #2, which I placed with order #1 just 5 minutes before, and you were able to cancel it then, but now you can't make changes because it's ready to be shipped?! That happened in 5 minutes?! So I asked for shipping to me vs list that I purchased (it was direct mail). I would add labels with "price change"- that was my mistake. I told them: "I think you probably would be making money because I paid for shipping to 100 individuals, and only one shipping would be needed. The whole time, I just heard: "NOTHING CAN BE DONE." So... I was taken advantage of on the first issue (order # 2). The second time (as I said), it is not that they did something shady- it was my mistake. My issue is (as mentioned at the beginning- NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE because they did not even try to help. At ALL!
