The team members outside are always very polite and helpful. They help me get my wheels lined up in the track. Then they scrub down the windshield front and back manually to get things going. For $39.95 a month you get their Premier services which not only washes your car but adds special coatings and water repellent and a huge drying system. That generally works pretty well. Once through that part of the car wash, you're welcome to drive around into one of their stones and they have products to shine your wheels, overall cleaning products, and fragrance products if you would like your car to smell good. It's a one stop shop and I like that concept. They are located in Leander , west Old Hwy 183 and Hero Way. Like most people who park outside, I received some damage to my truck (4 or 5 dents from hail). I was dreading the process I would have to go through to get my truck fix. After I received a estimate of damage from my insurance company and received my money, I started looking around to see what body shops are in the area. I found Critical Collision was only a few miles from where I live. I read all the reviews and every review was extremely positive. so I gave George a call and he was able to pickup right away. George is extremely nice and approachable. He took time to talk to me about the hail damage and the door dings I wanted to get fixed. He told me he can take care of all that and if he finds any other dings, dents or other imperfections that he would take care of those too. He told me that he would let me know when he can get my truck in and he would give me a call to schedule a time to drop it off. A few days goes by and he asks if I can bring it in today or tomorrow. I told him I would bring it in today if that still works for him. I drop off my truck and a little of 1 1/2 hours goes by and he tells me my truck is ready. Wow, that was fast! I head to the body shop and inspect my truck. All the hail damage and door dings are gone! it looks brand new. Do yourself a favor and give George a call. They do a great job of keeping the lobby clean. There's even a drop off Lane that keeps the traffic for that separate from the people that are trying to park. It may be a little hard for you to find since it is off the main road but it shows up on your Google maps. I like the fact that I can get in and get out, I never want to wait in long lines so when I have an opportunity I come here versus any other place.

Criminals After…read moremailing something to a family member for their birthday, the parcel was seized from within the post office the very next morning; I did not find out until a week later when the parcel wasn't received. Whoever did it issued a fraudulent statement that the original sender requested it be intercepted and rerouted. That would be me (original sender), and I certainly didn't do that. Then, someone claiming to be the manager attempted contacting me which is funny because...the manager actually witnessed and approved my parcel transaction at the register. The manager I saw was a woman and not a man like the person claiming to be the manager. There are thieves in this location and nobody will do anything about it. I have contacted the postal police, the sheriff, Justice Dept. and Liberty Hill PD. My package hasn't been delivered nor have I been given a refund for the loss. I have attempted filing a serious complaint with USPS multiple times only to be stifled through official oppression by involved USPS employees. The same compromised facility is being forwarded my complaints which go nowhere as one might imagine when the criminals are left to police each other. For years, I have been a faithful supporter of the USPS and often hand write letters. That will now change. I will tell everyone of my experience so that it may not happen to them. Shame on you for stealing from someone without resources as well.
