George is extremely nice and approachable. He took time to talk to me about the hail damage and the door dings I wanted to get fixed. He told me he can take care of all that and if he finds any other dings, dents or other imperfections that he would take care of those too. He told me that he would let me know when he can get my truck in and he would give me a call to schedule a time to drop it off. A few days goes by and he asks if I can bring it in today or tomorrow. I told him I would bring it in today if that still works for him. I drop off my truck and a little of 1 1/2 hours goes by and he tells me my truck is ready. Wow, that was fast! I head to the body shop and inspect my truck. All the hail damage and door dings are gone! it looks brand new. Do yourself a favor and give George a call. When I finally picked up my order there was gunk all over one print and the guy was really rude about having to reprint and said it would be ready the next day. He told me they had larger orders ahead of me and flat out, that my order was not a priority. I was stunned! Besides all of this terrible customer service, the prices are really high and I promise you can find better prices at other printers in Austin. The color quality is subpar as well. I won't be using this business again.
