Eek I stopped into the store today after having already placed a business card order, hoping to explore options for printing on some additional cards or envelopes. While trying to understand how to make it work with the available printer, I asked a few questions--mainly about layout and how many cards could fit per sheet of paper. The approach I originally had in mind wasn't compatible with their setup, so I was simply trying to brainstorm a workable alternative. To my surprise, Jesse at the front counter told me I was being rude. I'm genuinely unsure how it came across that way, as I remained calm throughout, didn't raise my voice, and wasn't upset--just asking a lot of questions, attempting to find a solution. Unfortunately, based on that experience, I wouldn't recommend using this business.

I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

This location is none of that. Everyone that works here is super friendly and pleasant, and the store itself is always clean, pleasant and tidy. I'm often helped by Kitty, who is incredibly friendly and helpful. I ship stuff fairly often and this is easily the best location I've been to in town.

There isn't a chair nearby, the height isn't accessible nor is the counter recessed to be wheelchair accessible. The clerk had snarky comments about my balance disability and said I should "explain your problem so I know". So much for the fact I explicitly asked for counter help and so much for my right to keep my medical information private. I will find another place for my returns.
