I pulled right up to the door and went in to inform them what was going on. Within a minute someone was at the care with a wheelchair for my mom. We were quickly registered and she was taken in for an assessment. After a couple hours she was better and we were able to continue home. But, the care and attentiveness we received from the time I entered to the time I left was excellent! Thank you Dr. Lin and the rest of the staff for caring for my mom. Like somehow that's my problem and an acceptable reason for being matter of fact about everything. I waited an hour and a half before they decided to give me pain meds in my I.V. The pain is so bad in my head that I'm shivering to death and there are no blankets, no pillows, no way to control the TV , and no way to control the lights. And I'm paying for this?....WoW!!!
