They are not fast at all. I waited for 3 and half hours to get a test. Go somewhere else if you value your time.

Therefore, I get someone to drive me 32 miles in pain to The Methodist in Baytown. On 4-7-26 4:20a.m. Security 100%, Admittance 100%, Care 100%, Nurses 100%, Doctor 100%, Restrooms 50%. Only two patients in waiting room, called-in less than a minute. Place in a ER room, used two different restrooms over a 4 hour period. Tissue roll low, floors were dirty with stains around the commode to the sink. I wet paper towels and tried to clean one of the floors. I was too weak. Been here 7 times within 4 years and a Guest Service ALWAYS call me the next day for my opinion on service. Not anymore. I called today and still waiting for them to return my call. I rather tell them so it can be corrected instead of a low review. Non-caring employees can cause a bad review which hurts a good company.

BLOOD PRESSURE HIGH. Rn working was nice enough, asked typical questions. By the way I've been a nurse almost 40yrs. Doctors walked in, looked like a train wreck who just woke up. No bedside manners!!!! Showed no concern. I have insurance and never been in a facility like this, I did see that they had all necessary equipment for CTs, Xrays, etc. I had No Chest Xray, I had labs , EKG, and UA but have no idea what the results were, no one not the RN or Dr. Terry springer discussed results with me. I had a breathing tx and IV with steriods which calmed the coughing. Dr. Came back in said I was treated for Bronchitis, given prescriptions to treat this. I'm still with Shortness of breath (SOB) - no xray, the one thing I really wanted! I'm still dizzy. Why have all this equipment and not do some more workup. And I have NO bill, have no idea what I was charged or what I may owe! I felt so tired and dizzy when I left, I didn't even ask. No one payed me any attention when I walked out the exam room to the front...I really believe the Doctor just wanted to be left alone, it was about 10p when I left and he barely picked up his head when I passed the station. I pray I don't have to go to another ER tomorrow, I think my mistake was I told them I have an appointment with my primary next week, I'm sure this lazy Doctor that , they can handle this.. No chest xray! Chest still tight, I'm amazed. This is why I've never went to these facilities. But the guys were at the back were kind.

I arrived at the Baytown Methodist ER around 11:56pm I was there for a good 4hrs all they did was check my bp and the pain just kept getting worse I left AMA. I went next door to this facility around 4:50am I told them what issue was I was checkwd in and put in a room with in 5mins they did a full work up and a CT Scan and the results showed I had acute appendicitis. I am beyond thankful with their staff cause they started pushing pain meds and antibiotics. They got me transferred to a hospital so I could get surgery around 8am. Words arent enough to demonstrate the appreciation I feel at this moment. If i would've waited at the hospital's ER i don't know what could've happened.

We got the PII and insurance information out of the way. Then we attempted to schedule and appointment. The soonest to their location near me was 12:12pm on Friday. Then I was told that I would need a hearing test first. Ok. That makes perfectly good sense. You sort of need data if you wish to event attempt to speak intelligently on subject. Then I was told that I would need to take the 8:45am, appointment in order to have the hearing test. So I thought the 8:45am would be for the hearing test and then I would see the doctor. No. The 8:45am was to have a consultation with the doctor. Then I was to have the hearing test. She lost me there. The 12:15pm was for a consultation with the doctor as well without a hearing test. A hearing test apparently doesn't matter so why the need to change to 8:45am? I could get the hearing test at a later date. The point is that they wanted me to burn a visit, which is time, money and needlessly goes against my insurance. I asked if I could just get the hearing test. Of course. But I would still have to have the consultation and followup visit. Huh. Sound like they're just padding the books. I should've been given the hearing test and then seen the doctor. Then we'd actually have something to talk about. You know. Those little data details called test results. The young woman was nice. She did tell that she hoped I got the help I needed. Man. So do I. A doctor's office that is more concerned about my health than its bottom line would certainly be nice. Sad day...calling them only made the ringing in my ears worse.

OH EM GEE! I live in Houston and usually schedule my doctor…read moreappointments in Houston but I decided to try this ENT location due to it's convenience to my job... I was having issues with my ears. I knew I had wax build up and bought those stupid wax removal kits (that do not work) TWICE. The wax was so bad that my balance was off, I would get dizzy while running and my inner ears would sometimes close shut while asleep on my pillow and then I'd have to carefully open them again..TMI, right? I know... Anyway, DR. PATEL!!!!! She was so amazing. She was very personable and walked me through the process. She safely and painlessly excavated all of my impacted wax! I FEEL LIKE A NEW WOMAN!!! LOL.. the office was neat and clean, Dr. Patel's nurse was super nice, the receptionist was friendly and best of all, they used a paperless electronic questionnaire system similar to an ipad that made checking in a breeze! I came back to work and told all of my co-workers that they need to go and get this done! I can hear so much better now! Thank you Medical Center Associates of Houston - Baytown :-) You guys are all right with me!!!

I truly wish I could give zero stars. PLEASE believe these…read morereviews and notice that this person has treated so many people in the same disgusting manner. I feel so seen by reading other people's reviews who were seeking help/feeling hopeful and left in tears. It's been months since this person "dr" Ahmed took my $500, talked AT me for 10 minutes through a screen, told me "it's not a matter of IF you commit su!cide- it's WHEN." He hadn't even listened to me as he was talking over me the whole time. I struggle with adhd/depression and anxiety. I am not AT ALL suicidal, I was proud and hopeful and excited that I made a step in scheduling this appointment. but this crook made me feel SO small, I stood up for myself and my voice was shaking, I was holding back tears as I explained to him that he was not listening - he SMILED in the most condescending way and began repeating himself / telling me I needed to go to an institution to be monitored. I hung up the phone, I cried and couldn't get out of bed for a week. I haven't been able to seek help since, this person caused me emotional damage and set me back 10000 steps that I'd worked so hard for. All he wants is money. Please please do not go here.

Everyone was delightful and processes were easy. I was in sync with my NP (Vy) who was responsive and a trusted listener, adjusting my medication as appropriate and has strong EQ, which is needed in this arena. Then, based on schedule, I had to meet with someone new. I am not sure the source of her animosity, but the connection was not there. I tried to get my previous representative again. To no avail... I was asked to get a drug test. They wouldn't give me a reason as go why. I had nothing to hide. I went immediately. I had to pay $450 out of pocket for this; recently found out my insurance covers zero, making it a grand out of pocket total of more than $600. The Psyclinic did not warn me, nor was there justification for this expense. The tests came back negative, of course. I have since then had continuous negative experiences, such as missed appointments from Psyclinic (we are charged for missed appointments, why aren't they?), incorrect information relayed to me re: my insurance coverage, charges for documentation requests that are not articulated at all on any website or in any correspondence, and more. The straw that broke the camel's back was when my prescription request was denied. I am moving on, and I have documentation for it all. I felt the need to share, as I don't want anyone to experience the frustration, unnecessary expenses, and additional mental stresses as I have with this group.

To begin, their intake nurses are rough, belligerent and detached. The lady we got could care less about my mother, she just wanted to do the minimum and get out. Not a single commitment was upheld, not one. We called for support and help four times in the first week and the average time to hear back from someone was two hours, then another two hours for a nurse to arrive. So if you have an emergency, just call the ambulance and have the hospital take care of it, it's faster, and your loved one will suffer less. Now, as a result of me firing them, they became hostile, threatened to make me pay for equipment they left behind and failed to retrieve. They never took into consideration that my mom had died and their employees, having missed the appointment to pick up the equipment, lied and said a dead woman was preventing them from getting it. We choose to go with another company who was hands down better suited for caring for end of life patients. Houston Hospice is a money game, you are a dollar sign, if you are cool with that, then use them.
