I gave this 5 stars because it is such a nice idea. I love the idea of involving my 6 yr old grandchild in something healthy and useful in life. I figured someone would show us what to do. No ... we went to a table and everyone has to read the long directions and make it themselves. I asked for help and the man couldn't answer. We were down a screw and there weren't others. I wish they would have posted step by step directions with a picture or sample of each step. We used a screw at one point, instead of a nail. It didn't matter in the whole scheme of things but we didn't know that and thought we might have ruined the whole thing. .. a little stressful as we wanted to have a good experience with our grandchild. After we put the wooden BBQ together we got to paint it. There weren't a lot of colors but it was only a BBQ. There were decals to put on it when it dried. So thank you Home Depot for doing this. It is wonderfully kind and it could be even better. I suppose we'll get better and better if we keep doing it. We'll try again.

They promised to come in and address what they committed prior to me purchasing to what was actually done .. that never happens. The parking lot was pretty full, as was the store. It did appear that all the checkout lanes were open. I was overcharged for what I bought, as some of the items were on sale.
