They were prompt, thorough, and very professional. They used a moisture meter to check all around our house and, luckily, they said we didn't have a serious issue and the dust was not mold. Over Thanksgiving, with 12 people staying in our house (2.5 baths), our daughter noticed a water…read morestain in the downstairs ceiling under our 2nd bathroom. It didn't seem to be actively leaking, so we waited until Monday to get a plumber in to have a look. One leaking toilet seal (wax floor seal) later and our house was +70 dBs louder with our bathroom floor tile removed and drying equipment upstairs and downstairs. I'm glad we called Professional Restoration Services! They have been so helpful and professional (of course!) throughout the water mitigation process. They quickly assessed the issue that the plumber had seen (subfloor damage) and began work on demolition, mold removal, and drying out the area so it could be repaired. Drew (OSU fan, but I won't hold it against him) was great in his initial assessment and was helpful with explaining the process and even working with the insurance claims adjuster who happened to be here at the same time. Esam, Cameron and George performed the service and daily checkups and were always friendly, helpful and professional! And everyone was very thoughtful with their cleanliness (always wore booties in the house, laid down plastic, etc....)!
