I learned of Generation Fitness through a Groupon back in Jan 2011 and haven't looked back since. I keep renewing (very economical and fits my budget), also very accommodating to my schedule. I really like the way things are changed up each time (Wednesday/Saturdays) and not the same boring routines as I have experienced before. Start out at your own pace, keep at it and you'll be amazed of the results. Each week, I feel myself getting more in shape, much better cardio than I have ever had (Josh can attest to that) and my cholesterol levels are the best it has ever been. Best of all, I can now comfortably say that I can fit into the same pair of pants that I wore at my rehearsal dinner for our wedding (8 years ago). Thanks Josh for doing what you do. Best boot camp EVER! Josh is down to earth aspirational as well... He runs a sound and comprehensive program that works your whole body for boot camps and personal training. His program has done so much for me and my wife and we love it!! I have been to many boot camps and trainers and by far Josh is the best I have ever been to and has the best boot camp classes, I have ever attended. I have been with Generation Fitness since Josh and Dusti first came out to Colorado. I continued to work out for the first three months of my pregnancy until I was to exhausted to continue. Generation Fitness Boot Camp is one of the best fitness activities I've ever done. It's very effective and fun. The routines change constantly so you don't get bored. Josh and Dusti are terrific to work with and there is a nice sense of community with the other members. I love it. BTW, I couldn't do many things well when I started in January this year. Josh's classes are great and they push you, but with infectious enthusiasm, not a heavy hand. I recommend these classes to people of almost any fitness level, because you can get a great work-out by doing push-ups on your knees or by doing raised leg push-ups and Josh will prompt you when he feels you can raise the bar. read more

I'm definitely a fan of Josh's bootcamps. They are a great cardio workout with agility and strength training thrown in. The classes are fun so you don't realize how hard you're working. Any fitness level can attend these classes as Josh will show you alternate exercises for your comfort level. Great job Josh! read more
