After a few sessions I started to notice the tanning bed was super dirty. They have towels in each rooms and spray bottles, but I was never told what those were for when purchasing my sessions for the first time. I asked the front staff what was the cleaning policy and the purpose for the towels. (I wasn't sure if I had to clean the bed myself after each use) She claimed to clean the beds after her shift but other staff didn't. (Yuck) I decided to switch to the stand up booth instead of the bed and I haven't had any issues since then. The staff is friendly. They also have spray tans which I haven't used.

She listened to me and what I wanted and didn't try to just do whatever she may have wanted. It really looks great! And she mentioned being willing to do things differently next time, if needed. She is also nice and was fun to talk to. I'm so grateful! Everything is difficult when moving across the country. There are so many issues and problems.
