His staff was quick to respond and get me into surgery. His office received the referral Tuesday at 4:30pm. His staff called me promptly at 8am yesterday morning and had me in his office yesterday at 1pm for a quick exam. Then, they scheduled for the biopsy this morning at 9am. He made what was an uncomfortable situation a breeze. Seriously, this guy is amazing and his bedside manner is well above par. He is at Brookwood Hospital. What an angel!

Dr. Roller and his staff were, in my opinion, either completely incompetent or just didn't care…read moreabout my 100 year old dad. Yes, he was 100 but he still deserved to pass peacefully. Dr. Roller never came to see my dad in his last days but sent someone else. My father had been complaining of back pain for months and was peeing every 20 minutes....on Thursday when my dad finally couldn't get out of bed Dr. Roller's staff came and said my dad was dehydrated (DUH). They prescribed intravenous liquids for 2 days and said my 95 year old mother could handle removing the needle. My dad weighed about 115 pounds at this point and there were no veins. The needle came out after a few hours. My parents were up all night for night after night. Hospice was finally called in...too late in my opinion but Dr. Roller was in charge. On Sunday, this is now 3 days after the Thursday visit, the nurse says at noon, I think we need to call Hospice. I read on your dad's chart that he has renal failure. NO ONE had told us this before. All 3 hospice nurses that came were not what my other friends have experienced with hospice. One of them wanted to be sure we gave her M&Ms, another one talked about herself so much my sister finally had to ask her if she wanted to see the patient, my dad. Another was 5 minutes up the street at a High School football game and wouldn't come to the house until the game was over...REALLY!! This was the most uncaring group of people anyone would want around a loved one that was in the last hours of his life. I won't got into gory details but Dr. Roller and his staff should be reprimanded for their care of the elderly. My dad deserved to die peacefully and comfortably and Dr. Roller took that away from him, my mother (his wife of 74 years) and his children (and there are 7 of us). Shame on him. I beg you, please do not let this man near your elderly parents....you will be sorry.

After about 2 weeks I got a call to return. Met with Dr Bowen and we discussed what needed to happen! Scheduled surg. And here we are a week later! Way more than I expected. I was concerned there might be problems. The office was so compassionate and said to come right in. There was almost no wait! They reassured me it would take time. We will follow up in a month!

Every time I've ever had to go to this office, from my initial call to Jay at the front desk to make an appointment, through the call from SB, the nurse practitioner, following up after my visit, I'm made to feel like I am their only patient! On a recent visit I received service that I thought did not exist anymore. Without going further into detail, let's just say that Dr. Weisberg proved without doubt that he is the most caring doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Not only that, he and SB tackled my medical issue aggressively to ensure that it was dealt with as fast as possible. I'm forever grateful to this great group of people and the level of service that they provide!

Checking in this morning in the midst of the Covid pandemic was interesting. My husband was…read morescheduled for cataract surgery this morning with a report-time at 5:30AM. The location was easy to find on Waze and although Waze wanted us to turn right onto St. Vincent Drive, we could see the outpatient care center ahead on University Boulevard. We turned left into the center's driveway and we parked our car. We were greeted at the door by two nurses using an over-the-bed table - doing Covid screenings on everyone entering the building. Masks were required and masks were also provided if anyone needed a mask. Once inside the building, we were seated in the waiting room with social distancing enforced until we were called. Once registered, family members are asked to wait in the car during the procedure. The nurses called with an update and family members were given a time for patient pickup. Staff were timely, courteous, professional and caring. One star removed for the over-the-bed table and for floors and an older building that needed a little extra care.

She is knowledgeable, professional, and someone I have felt confident following medically. However, over the last couple of years, my annual appointments have consistently been with a physician assistant rather than with Dr. Leong. Unfortunately, my experiences with this provider have been disappointing. I have felt talked over during visits, not fully listened to, and at times treated as though my concerns were an inconvenience. I raised these concerns previously and was told I would not have to see this provider again, yet at my most recent visit I was scheduled with her again. The most concerning experience occurred when I became extremely ill. My wife called the office to request medication for nausea and was told that if we did not hear back, we should check the pharmacy. There was no follow-up call and no prescription sent. For a patient of more than two decades, that lack of communication and care felt dismissive and unacceptable. I still have respect for Dr. Leong, but the overall patient experience has declined. Long-term patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for -- especially when acutely ill. I hope the practice and anyone thinking of joining takes this feedback seriously.

He has a heavy patient load, but he does not rush through your visit and explains why he is choosing a specific rx or test. I saw many rheums. before i found Dr. McLain. None seemed to hear me or care that I had symptoms of multiple autoimmune diseases that would be in their wheelhouse. They gave me short shrift, and I was getting more and more symptomatic. Dr. McLain listened, had labs run, and explained to me the implosion of my health. You couldn't find a smarter, more caring dr. anywhere.
